Hi all I had my 12 week scan today and all was well - lots of time to look at my gorgeous little baby - tiny hands and feet and all - DD was less impressed - prob wandering why we were watching such rubbish tv in the dark!

Jannine - congrats on your good scan - looks like I'm a day behind you now - due 11 Feb. See you on the other board!

TMI alert - Emsbet - don't want to freak you out, but I had sooo much and so many shades of discharge during my first pregnancy - it was gross and I had to use panty liners my first trimester - but doc said its changing hormones and completely normal as long as there's no itchiness or soreness (yuk)

And for all those craving salt and vinegar crisps, they were all I could stomach for almost half of my first pregnancy and my only real craving, and my baby is definitely all girl!

I don't care if it's gross as long as it's normal that's fine by me :) I've been wearing pantyliners since about 4DPO. I guess I'll just have to stock up for the long haul! ;)

    Glad your scan went well.

    Hi everyone!
I was just wondering, i had my appointment with the midwife last Tuesday (26th July) am now 9+3 by her workings, just wondering how long it took for everyone's scan appointment to come though? I've been told it'll come out in the post but am impatient :)

I guess it varies to your area but both my appointments came thru in the same letter(booking in appt tomorrow at my doctors and scan a week later) x

I was told within 2 weeks of my booking appt (at 8 weeks), so chased it up at 2 weeks. Was told to wait a few more days and then MW arranged with hospital by phone, gave me the date and the number for hospital to try and bring it forward, which I managed to do. Keep chasing them :rotfl:
