Yes ive been waking at 5 am every morning for a wee. Am wide awake at this time,but I do go back to bed and try and get another hour. By 8pm im ready for my bed.

Mozzy - I had some of that a few days ago. :rotfl: It was cottage pie last night, nom nom nom. I even had some lemon meringue pie with cream for desert :rotfl: I'm actually still managing to get 3-5 fruit/veg in a day and hubby is making sure I do :rotfl:

I can't remember who asked who've you've told. We've not told anyone yet, not even the parents. We're waiting til after our 12w scan. We're 10+4 by our private scan (or 11+1 by MW calculations), so we're hopeful that the scan date will arrive soon. I'm getting impatient over here

We arent sure when we will tell people, we think I will be about 9 weeks on my birthday, thought it may be nice to tell the family then

Amanda - so pleased everything looks good for you, going for a private scan was definitely the right thing for you to give you peace of mind!

I was also worried (completely irrationally) that the lady doing the scan wouldn't be able to find anything!! Quite daft really but it was just something I couldn't get out of my head!

I'm now 12 weeks today!! Everyone who needs to be told has been told and it feels so good for it to be out in the open! I'm now planning on really enjoying the next 6 months and am going to start planning things properly.

Have a good Sunday all!! We're off to the in-laws for lunch

Hey everyone thanks for all the congrats were still smiling here

Still on cloud nine I think still have the pains but i'm dealing with them a bit better since I now know they aren't serious

Welcome to the newbies here over the last few days sorry I aint welcomed you properly earlier have had a lot on my mind the last few days

On the fruit/veg subject I haven't gone off it too much was bearly eating much at all when the sickness had hold but am now about 10days into my Stemitil tablets and feeling lots brighter so back to getting probably 4/5 of my 5 a day sometimes more sometimes a little less but when you include juices tis probably over so am happy with that.

Bean looked healthy so am hoping it's having a good effect still keep thinking of him/ her waving and bouncing around

Quick question ! Anyone up for playing the game of guessing the sex based on nub theory from the 12wk scan ? You may not have a clue what I'm on about :rotfl: There is a theory that at the 12 wk scan if the nub points at a 30 deg angle (I think) that its a boy if its more horizontal its meant to be a girl all just a bit of fun really and I think its easier to tell boys but I think it'll be fun ! Anyone up for it ?

Just had to google that!! I'll do it though... I'll put my scan pic into photobucket and put it on here for you to see...

ETA pic... I have no idea how big this is going to come out, I have just done a screen grab off my facebook page... Even though the baby is facing down, it looks pretty horizontal to me!
