Less than 12 weeks pregnant club! 2

I did a digi and I am definately preg...about 4 weeks I think

Feeling a little scared still but starting to sink in.

When did you ladies start telling people?

Welcome mssas! We are all going to be crossing our legs come end of Feb next yr.....its a leap yr and i for one dont want my poor baby having its birthday every4 yrs! lol
Not feeling too bad with sickness today, just the chest Its been rubbish all day here weather wise, and now the sun has come out!
Hope ur sickness hasnt made an appearance yet Ro xx

Straight away LOL I cant keep quiet to save my life. I havent announced it on facebook tho. Will wait til 12 weeks. BTW theres a FB app called Baby gaga that does a week by week thing on your fb:T

Blimey there must be something in the water !! welcome newbies!! :j Re when do you tell people question I think we are all different on that, for me personally will tell most after have scan but have had to tell some close family as went on holiday with them and could not hide it and my neighbour as could not do what usually do for her. But the rest hubbys family and friends do not know but it is not easy being schtum.

Well with 3 DDs already, i just feel it`d be a tad unfair if this baby didnt have a "proper" birthday every year...if that makes sense? But, what will be will be, not like i can do alot about it! And it is 6 days after my due date, altho so far i`ve been 4 days late, 10 days late and 3 days late!
Re telling people, i`ve told most of my family and a few friends up here, but all my main friends and FB friends r down south 200 miles away, and i havent told them other than 3 close friends! Waiting until my scan on 10th August (that reminds me, must work out how to add myself to that list on here )

Hey everyone,

Sorry I haven't updated yet been mega busy for the rest of the day and tbh recovering from the stress of the last few days with my lovely OH !

Scan was this morning and all looks well one nice healthy bouncing baby bean in there we haven't stopped smiling all day. When she first put the scanner on my tummy all looked eerily quiet and I couldn't see a heartbeat but on closer inspection it was all there and in order I burst into tears the relief was amazing and OH was stood next to me holding my hand and also looked full.

I am 10wks and 4 days so EDD is 31st Jan 2012 which is only one day out from my period dates. She had a good look about and can't see any obvious cause for my pain and suggested maybe its scar tissue being aggrivated internally or its down to my SPD I'm not sure which just so glad that everything is fine. The pics they gave us are so clear and baby was boucing and waving his/her arms at the screen it was amazing.

I was upset on going in as had been so stressed about it all and OH was the same despite the fact that he had tried to hide it from me before going in, anyway whilst sitting in the waiting room a couple who'd just had their scan appeared from the room and the girl burst into tears I felt really bad and thought she must have had some really bad news anyway between sobs it came out that she was devastated because she'd been told she was having a healthy baby girl she was saying she didn't want her she wanted a boy and sobbing !! The mind boggles honestly I was fuming at that point and then we were called in.

The babybond staff were lovely very professional I think the early scan was overpriced at £99 quid but am so glad we've got the peace of mind now.

Thanks to you all for your well wishes and support over the last few days youve all been amazing.
