its such a horrible feeling isnt it, like being constantly hungover! Poor OH isn't going to know what has hit him when he gets home, with a grumpy sicky wife, lovely!

Had some pain on Sat night/Sun afternoon, but not too low down, just to the left of belly button, but seems to have gone now. Feeling pukey today but wasn't as much on my weekend to Blackpool and back this weekend...hmm...

8 weeks today according to estimate, midwife for first time on Thurs, thankfully OH is on holiday so he can go. He wants to go to every app. Told him last night that because I'm not drinking, he shouldn't be, but he didn't seem to believe that one...

Missymoo - I've had that hangover feeling since I was about 4 weeks but it is starting to ease, seems to get better with food!

Am home alone this week, DH on a course and DS with his dad, and I don't know what to do with myself! Spent the weekend in the sun, but the sun has gone away now maybe I'll brave Flylady and try to sort the house out before they get back....or maybe I'll just eat biscuits

Advice needed again ladies, knowing my OH is coming home today after being away 5 and a half weeks my mum has just piped up and said i shouldnt be having sex until im much further on!!!!! has anyone else been told this and is there any truth in it?! My mother is doing my head in with all this over panicing, i wish i han't told her until Im over 12 weeks!!!!

Mother is talking codswallop! I was reading my book last night and it said that sex is perfectly safe (and more enjoyable, or is that just me?).

I think sex is a personal choice Missy, its perfectly safe at any stage of pregnancy - I just couldn't do it because too much movement made me sick, didn't really add to the mood :rotfl:

Thank you eyeliner hun, just whatI thought. God she worries, shes such a pain in the bum. I could just imagine OH's face when he got home telling him he had to wait until next time hes home in 8 weeks time, bearing in mind he has already been away 5!!!! Think he might have cried lol!

I've just been a right piggy and made OH a victoria sponge, but obviously had to test it and ate a big old slice!!
