So far I have had a pretty good experience with Drs and Midwives, they seem quite sympathetic with my health issues although maybe it's because I have these issues it is different? Hope you get a decent team this time.

He is the one I would rip out his throat with my bare hands.. he almost killed me and Tiddles with his incompetance.. he deals with the 'special' cases.. People with illnesses and all the druggies.. I hate him with every fibre of my body.. He lied to me which I find unforgiveable.. and worse. If I could kill him and bring him back to life so I could kill him again I would.

Was amusing when I was in hospital though and he walked in the room with half a dozen students and I immediately flew into a rage and threw him out and refused to let him anywhere near me and hurled a tirade of abuse at him.. picked up my stuff and walked out... Then my mother and 2 of the midwives gave him hell to...

There are a lot of people I dislike.. him I hate.. really truly hate.

I ended up with post traumatic stress through him.

anyway.. I've got Mr Lezny.. HUGE Polish guy absolutely lovely.. totally hung up on supposition and very little based on evidence but he is ok.. so far.. He kept coming to se if I was ok and if I needed anything when I had Squeak..

I 'think' it was Mr Phillips with Squeak.. never saw the man.. not once.

goodness, this falliing asleep early certainly has its draw backs, its stupid o clock and I feel like I can take on the world. Guaranteed at 6am when i need to get up I will feel like I haven't slept at all!

Scan day today, goin on my own as dh is at work meeting, oh well.
Sat trying to drink 2 pints of water, not good 1st thing on a morning.
Will post when i return & know more.

Sounds like you're due about the same time as me Pigpen - I've been told anywhere between 16 and 24 October. 16 October is my 30th birthday so I'm secretly hoping she'll come before then so I can have a glass (or two :beer:) of fizz

When I was at mums at the weekend she did this thing where she put my wedding ring on a piece of ribbon and rubbed it on the side of my hand then held it over my palm - old wives tale for divining the sex apparently. It was really odd - the ring swung in a circle the first time (for a boy, DS obviously), the second time it literally wobbled a little and then hung completely still over my hand (mum said for "the one that never was" *sob*) and the third it swung from side to side (for a girl - this one )! Cried my little heart out for ages but was completely amazed!

been for the scan everything was fine. i was measuring 8 weeks and the baby is growing fine.

she said i can go back in two weeks if i want for another scan but i am going to wait for my twelve week scan now. i don't think loads of scans are good for the baby.

she also said my womb looks perfect - not heart shaped at all - woo!!

i feel pretty confident now that things are going to work out this time.

got my booking appointment next thursday.

I've been to a & e this morning and then epu after heavy bleeding early this morning.

they did a urine test it was positive, did some swabs and I've got to go back for a scan tomorrow.
OH has gone back to work I'm sat on the sofa catching up on tv waiting for tomorrows boss to call me....
