    thanks pigpen!

i am feeling quite excited about tomorrows scan. don't know why but i am feeling very giddy!!

everything should be ok tomorrow - will be very nervous around the 12 week mark as thats when it all went wrong last time.

i am thinking of things to ask about my heart shaped womb - will be better than googling!

good luck tomorrow pebblespop I will be thinking of you, how many weeks are you now?

Does anyone else feel like they want a scan every week just to make sure that everything is ok?

Good luck to Durham too, please come and update as soon as you're able.

i will be 8 weeks. i am having scans every two weeks so i feel very lucky to see the baby grow!

our epu do two weekly scans after a miscarriage for reassurance so it's really good.

they have already spotted that i might have a heart shaped womb which can cause prem. labour and breech babies so they are keeping an eye on me.

Who are you under Toria (just being nosey.. seeing if it is the guy I want to kill with my own bare hands... )

I am under Dr. Lindow, It could be different to you as I was referred to him when I was ttc as I have Diabetes. When I went to see this Dr it upset me at the time because he said to me that I shouldn't worry about not getting pregnant because if I lose weight I'll be ok. Not a great thing to say to someone who's depressed lol.

So far I have had a pretty good experience with Drs and Midwives, they seem quite sympathetic with my health issues although maybe it's because I have these issues it is different? Hope you get a decent team this time.

Awww all these scans are sooo lovely!!

Welcome back Chris, Congratulations! fingers crossed for you xx

I had another Diabetes/Antenatal appointment today and it went ok. I may have a urine infection as this time and last time I had nitrates in my sample so I then had to do another wee in a pot and wow that was hard lol. I was all outta wee! But I talked to an obstetrician (who was American which was cool lol) and she said that they will try to deliver naturally but I have a 50/50 chance of needing an emergency c-section. They also want to induce me at 38 weeks. She also told me my details have already been passed on to an aneasthetist becasue there's a high chance I'll need one during labour becaus eof my back problems. I also had my booking in bloods done and she couldn't get it from my left arm so tried my right arm and did but it blooming hurt! So it weasn't great as I have a phobia of needles (great being a phobic of needles when you're Diabetic)!

He he I talk far too much!

No worries, I was just feeling all scared and poopy this morning. Still exhausted, but much happier now :)
