Less than 12 weeks pregnant club! 2

Hitc, that's awful. I've had a few comments from my boss about what date ill be working to and it was really annoying me. Ie he told me to work later than 37weeks so i get longer off on the other side but its my choice if i want to sit with my feet up for a few weeks before birth! I just ignore him, he is very ocd about things and constantly has to ask questions. Anyways just suit yourself and i would take a year off just to annoy your boss.lolMum of 2 :j0

You could kind of imagine such ignorance coming from a man, but another woman???
Hi there - I've been hopefully lurking here for a week or two - unfortunately I've found the women to be worse than the men (generalisation I know, but still...), who knows why??0 -
Woo hoo courgette - so pleased the scan went well for you....... yet another graduate for this thread..... how lovelyIf at first you dont succeed, try, try again0

Congratulations Courgette!!
Head in the Clouds sounds like your boss is totally self involved. Does she have children I wonder? I too find women generally less sympathetic about pregnancy etc. Scorning workmates with "its not an illness" and generally having a bit of a superiority complex over those new mums whose babies still wake in the night after 6 months or who have succumbed to evils such as dummies lol. We had a woman supposed to start a couple of years ago who was struggling to wean baby off mums milk. Tears etc. .. well you can imagine the way they talked about her. Must remember though health first, family second, work is just how we pay our bills. Any manager who forgets that in my view is a muppet.
Thanks for the welcome, still can't believe how full on pregnancy symptoms are so early those time2016 MFW OPd £2000, 2015 MFW OPd 3000 then bought new bigger house with bigger mortgage.Beautiful boys born May 2011 and October 2013

Sore b00bs but otherwise nothing to complain about. Referred myself to the midwife (it's impossible to get a doctors appointment around here) so just waiting for the booking appointment to come through.
Still can't quite believe it's real!Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -
I had such sore b00bs too, i don't think i got nausea until about 5 or 6 weeks. You may be lucky and have none. Only other symptom was a very heightened sense of smell! I know im the same, i don't know if you ever get your head around it! Took about 2 weeks for my appt to come through.Mum of 2 :j0

Thanks for the support everyone, it is getting me really down. I am thinking if i still feel this way on monday i will call in sick and try to get a doctors appointment.
The boss does have kids but they are all grown up now and she didnt work during her pregnancies or until her children went to secondary school, so she has no idea really.
I feel guilty about being a burden on the rest of my team, but i am really struggling.
