OH MY GOD PP Im such a ninny I thought when it said you couldnt eat them raw , it meant you couldnt have them cold :wall: mmmm Might have a prawn baguette when I get in now :D:D:D:D Thank you

Have you seen raw prawns? You wouldn't want to eat them.. they are grey and most unappetising .. I eat loads and loads of them.. when I was having Squeak I would easily eat a box of 500g+ with marie rose sauce.. as a snack!

They are probably 'safer' cold as they haven't had bacteria warmed and breeding on them.. at least kept cold they will be bugfree!..

I now need prawns - I haven't not eaten anything since I've been pregnant tbh. I definitely do not buy into all the rubbish about no runny eggs!
Where is this Pizza Hut voucher I hear of? Had a gorgeous pizza the other night, sweet chilli chicken - it was really spicy and burning my lips but I couldn't stop eating it!

Lablover is it your last day in work tomorrow? I feel like every day Im counting down the seconds now - I have nothing to do and the girl taking over from me is really irritating me! I stayed in the loo for ten mins earlier just because I couldn't face sitting at my desk doing nothing!

Yeah its my last day 2moro. Cant wait , I too am guilty of hiding in the loo or stretching out midwife appointments so Im not sat with the new recruit. Luckily a guy who works here has been off on holiday , last week and this week so Ive had his desk all to myself. Not had any work to do and had my boss being a total prat but whever I get upset or angry I look at my bump and it cheers me up no end , lol OH even admitted that some of the work he has taken on recently has been rubbish jobs that if he had a choice he wouldnt touch with a barge pole but he just thinks " im not doing it for me , Im doing it for the baby " aaaawww bless him

    Oooohhh. Pizza. Thanks!

I don't know if anyone else is like this, but I'm so susceptible to food advertising now. Saw a runny egg and toast on tv the other day- want it! Now pizza..... mmmmm

Welcome Helen, hope you feel better soon!

PigPen sorry you're not feeling great - I wondered where you were - one of those days I guess eh - I was pretty much like that at work yesterday but not too bad.

    Baby Brain...
On Tues I cooked a steak dinner... we ate it and was lovely but not much of it... then last night I discovered the potato wedges still in the oven, had forgotten they were there :rotfl:OH thought it was hilarious and we fell about laughing.

Last time I had baby brain I served the cat his food and went to work. Then got home and found I had left it on the counter and he hadn't realised... :rotfl:luckily he had wet food still on the floor, otherwise poor thing would have starved that day :p

I have baby brain too... I swerved the car to avoid something that ran out infront of me... looked in my wing mirror and it was the shadow of a postbox.... oh dear:rotfl:

Feeling a little bit sad tonight, Hubby has gone away til Monday so am lonely and missing him (he only left at 5!) I wonder when I turned into such a sap sometimes but don't know what to do with myself. Went to MIL for dinner and some tele which was nice. Don't feel tired but maybe I should send myself to bed. (Don't want to go on my own though.)
Sorry for being a winge bag, I know it's only a few days and it's not the end of the world, and I'm being incredibly daft.
    Bump due 22nd September
