Our beautiful daughter Betsy May arrived at 14.53 on Friday 27th May. She weighed 6lb 10oz & she is just perfect :T The labour was pretty good all in all although I had a forceps delivery as they thought the cord may be round her neck as her heartbeat kept dipping. I wasn't very keen on the idea of forceps at all but I had a very positive experience. 5 pushes & a bit of pulling & she was born She looks just like Ruby when she was a newborn. I'm on cloud nine! :j

Just been looking at the EDD list and OMG I'm 20 something on the list (counting girlies with same due dates as 1)!!! I remember when I was 60 something!

Morning all, have been up since 5:30 as couldn't sleep!

CONGRATS Becky, glad it went well and that overall you had a good experience, it's what we'd all like and hope little Betsy is doing well.

PigPen we *think* we have a name sorted, it's still up for changing in the next 9 weeks so we're keeping an open mind and always watching movie credits to get more inspiration...

BCS glad you are ok and sorry to hear the readings are so confusing, I guess you will get an idea of what works and what food makes you feel awful, so time will tell I suppose, try not to lose heart and as you say don't think about it too much.

It's our day long labour / feeding class today, have already made all the packed lunch and now watching Supernanny and relaxing, OH is still fast asleep but I'll make us a fresh cinammon coffee, with some bagels and smoothie soon which I know he loves

I'm another one who is having to use her craft room for a nursery! I've been sorting it out in little bits for the last two weeks but didn't realise how much stuff I have - think I feel an eBay session / car boot coming on!

Still feeling very sick and soooooo tired. Yesterday I didn't wake up until 9.30! And then I fell asleep on the sofa from 12.30 and only woke up at 3 when my oh woke me up to tell me he was going to work! Can't believe how much I'm sleeping at the moment and I still always feel tired

OMG, I'm eight from being a boldie! :eek:

We bought our reusable nappies yesterday and spent £230! But they are sooo cute and am in the wash now, fingers crossed the weather stays dry.

Only four weeks to go till due date and while I'm hoping I'll be early I need more time! The nursery is full of cr*p, the hospital bag needs to be packed and DH has organised a BBQ round ours for two weeks time! I have visions of me going into labour while cooking the sausages :rotfl:

could someone add me to the EDD list not got a clue how to do it, my edd is 07/10/11, with team blue.
Also was looking for some reasonable priced maternity tops, anyway found some mat tops & vests at £5.99 each or 2 for £10, also had some mat tops reduced to £5 in the sale all in New look. So worth a look.
