congrats to our new arrivals... safe and sound and I'm sure adorable. I am so excited now.

Baby has been really busy today from the moment we got up which is fab as it still doesn't hurt yet - not looking forward to when they're bigger (prefer 'they' to 'it') Does mean they'll probably be sleeping when my dad visits tonight - he's coming down for a conference and won't have seen bump since easter - hopefully we'll coax a kick or two though for grandpa.

Have to do some emergency sheet shopping to do tonight as well as our lovely nearly new sofa bed (thank you gumtree) is a kingsize and none of our sheets will fit. Really happy with the sofa bed though as at last our spare room is looking more like a proper room and not just a dumping ground. OH and us snuggled for a couple of hours last night trying to plan for when it has to become a nursery too. Not till after xmas though so we can save up a bit.

    Reading back a bit...
SVSandy... hope that your accident hasn't damaged you too much - I'd go back for another check just in case.

Lirin... sad about news but very glad that baby is doing well and at least things should be less complicated now (hope that didn't come out badly but my cousin has just had to deliver twins at 33 weeks and has not had a good pregnancy so I'm a bit wary about how 'nice' twins would be) hope you still get extra care though to keep mind at rest.

labour vibes for Becky_sleaf and anyone else who's ready

got to get on with work so sorry if I've missed an important post x
    team yellow :)
Can't wait to meet you now baby!

gosh i'm moving up the edd list quite fast.

Well i'm 27 + 2 now. all is going well apart from really bad pains when i walk. had mw visit fri as i was really struggling to walk. my belly goes so firm and tight the second i start walking. that i feel like i'm gonna wet myself so i'm so tense.i've got constant lower dull back ache and period pains. Mw said it is just braxton hicks and i'll get them now until the birth. oh joy.

walking to do the school run is sheer agony. but this is the only complaint i have so i can't really complain. I had a wonderful compliment from a friend today who said i didn't look that big. as i feel huge. which was so nice to hear. she may of only been saying it to make me feel better, but i don't care. it was wonderful to hear.

i've got an a/n next week and anotther scan soon. then thats when i have to make my mind up about section or not and get a date.

i was very set on trying natural. but tbh now all i want is my little baby son here safe and well. and the least amount of problems the better. i am however worried that all these braxton hicks might trigger an early labour and him being born early. so i'm hoping he is nice and content and happy to stay there as i want him there for the next 12 weeks to get big and strong.

Been lurking these last few days for news from Fanta. Well done, Myles is super cute. The first few weeks are really hard work, but when you have got your breath back do join us on the parents thread.
We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.

Congrats to Fanta and GarnetLady! :j
Oh my I remember both of you graduating from the ttc thread just before I got my bfp, in fact I think fanta predicted mine :D

Madbird - I'm right behind you eek! I'm wavering between hoping it starts early and totally not being ready lol

The first from our nct group had just had hers as well.

I'd be glad for a queue jump right now just because of how ridiculously painful my ibs has become :(

I'm getting these too jcr and my belly is rock hard tonight too. I know I have to slow down and stop doing so much. I just can't sit still and do nothing - I have to be cleaning or tidying all the time lol. Back to the MW on Wednesday so I'll mention all these pains to her and see what she says. She'll probably tell me to suck it up and get on with it but I might as well mention it to her. :o
Leo James arrived 7 days late on 26th August 2011 by emergency CS :j Such a cheeky chappy now :T

Finally had some dinner at last! I was really looking forward to it as I was very hungry but now am seriously regretting eating. :(. My mum visited tonight and gave babys furniture her seal of approval which felt nice as she is certainly not an easy lady to impress. :D. She was also highly impressed by the little guys insistence that he built tiny babys crib all self! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
