Clarieloo sorry to hear you are having such a hard time at the moment :(. Concentrate on the happy thoughts about your holiday as with the rest of it whatever is going to happen will happen regardless of how much worrying you do....but it usually works out for the best long term. :)

Lirin so sorry to hear about your loss, your focus on the little one that is still there is very positive and these things are the way they are, your little one will carry their strength and memory always.

GarnettLady and FantaFan massive congrats - Amy and Myles are lovely names and Myles is gorgeous, so GL please also post a pic soon!

ClaireLoo hope you feel better soon hun and remember to come on here and have a moan or say anything to get it off your chest, we all have bad days and it might help a bit... focus on France, sounds lovely!

Mancbird I joined Boots Parenting, Sainsburys and Asda baby club, plus Aptamil as they gave me a free cuddly polar bear. Also inside the Boots nappies that I bought in order to get the free nappy changing bag, it had vouchers printed inside the cardboard which I nearly missed!

Galvaniser good luck with the move - brave lady and you will be so relieved once it's all over!

LabLover - it was me I think re: the iron tablets, I am now only taking 2 a day and seem to be feeling better though was a bit headachy this morning which passed once I took a pill and have been topping up on lots of water. Also been eating dried apricots, dried figs and natural cashews to counteract the possible constipation effects... I get cramps too, in lower leg, as long as you point your toes upwards you should be ok! My mum says that rolling feet on a glass bottle or jar before bed used to help her, I might try that soon, keep forgetting...

Bella happy birthday and hope the Chinese was yummy and you treat yourself to some pampering! It reminds me I must book a nice reflexology appointment for June.

SvSandy poor you re: car accident I do hope you are feeling better, not sure what to suggest re: the after effects and pain but maybe talk to your doctor or midwife? I am sure that plenty of ambulance chasers will be calling you soon anyway if you have informed your car insurance co, they seem to sell on the info!

Sparkle I haven't contacted my insurers yet but I guess I should do. Her numberplate screws pierced my bumper which is minor but someone at work said I should get t checked out in case it's ruined something else behind the bumper.

If I wake up in the morning and my joints are really stiff then I might go back to the docs or ring the midwife.
Ever since I found out i was pregnant I've been so careful in crowds or sat at my work desk making sure I don't hit my bump then this happens!

lol yes i am well washed :) my last urine sample had blood in which this one hasnt plus more lectolytes this time than last time, they said they'll ring if i need to do anything xx

lol.. I hope it didn't sounds like I thought you might be smelly.. a lot of people will just do a sample of the way out the door and not think to wash as they showered earlier.. IYSWIM.. :o

It can be from vaginal secretions as well, or sweat.. sorry.. :p

Later on it can be a sign your kidneys are struggling rather than infection.. mine are a nightmare. after Squeak was born the MW on the postnatal ward had a strop at me for 'not drinking' as the urine was so dark and full of blood.. I informed her quite forcefully had she bothered reading my notes like noone ever does she would know I had kidney failure.. did she look an idiot!?! fluid retention on the kidneys is normal and most people don't even notice it..

Congratulations garnetlady. We'll let you off queue jumping! I think Amy is a lovely name, pretty yet simple and strong. It'd be on my wishlist if I were in team pink.

Oh pigpen, was browsing 3 wheel pushchairs suitable for running earlier. Saw a double one called BOB revolution duallie. Don't know if you've considered it or if it ticks all your wishlist boxes but might be worth a look.

Congratulations on the new babies! Myles is such a cutie!

I now have a dilemma though! Husband is soooo picky with names and doesnt like anything. I have mentioned Miles/Myles before and he said no. Now I mention it again and show him the baby pic and he is all "you havent said that one to me before!" I said I did lol and does he like it but he said its no good now as its inspired by someone else! I said so is every other name in the world :D So Im going to work on him now! I cant believe he liked a name :j

Have worked hard the last few days getting house cleaned and tidy from top to bottom. It is looking nice but my back is saying I worked too hard, can hardly walk straight lol.

Have asked for permission from my landlord to decorate the nursery so waiting on that so we can start. Im in need of curtains though! Green ones that will match the bedding lol but Im having trouble! This is the bedding: http://www.toysrus.co.uk/Babies-R-Us/Nursery/Bedding/Coordinated-Ranges/Jungle-Fun-CotCotbed-Bedding-Set%280082363%29

Pigpen, I don't know exactly what you are looking for but my friend has just ordered a double Cossato one. She is due to give birth to a boy in Sept and her little girl will be 14 months old. Her pushchair had 'bro' written on one side and 'sis' written on the other. Cute
