Lol, OH is beside me and says he's not looking forward to the irrational part...though tbf, I only had one really bad mood so far (when I couldn't find any socks and the room was a mess and I had to tidy at 10pm)."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

Lol just tell him as long as he accepts it's all his fault - everything will be fine! Arguing with a pregnant lady is not a good idea!:happylove DD July 2011:happyloveAug 13 [STRIKE]£4235.19[/STRIKE] £2550.00 :cool:0 -
He denies that it's his fault just now...he'll learn..."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

Thank you koalamummy. I've been feeling so down in the dumps this week and thinking that me and pregnancy don't go that well together. I know I've actually had it really easy so far and nothing significant to complain about which makes me feel ungrateful. Been trying to focus on the end result but it seems so far off and because it's my first I don't really know what it'll be like. So thanks for the insight.0 -

I echo Koalamummy .... I've not had the best pregnancy and feel like I've done nothing but moan. However, my first 2 pregnancies were wonderful experiences. It's these last 2 that have been the hard ones. I knew when we started TTC this baby that I would have it hard, but it didn't put me off (or stop me moaning). The reward at the end is worth every ache and pain.
Pregnancy IS hard work though, especially the first few weeks and the last few weeks, whether you are suffering with anything specific or not. Don't feel bad for moaning, it's a huge physical and emotional drain carrying another life for 9 months!!!Olympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

Definately true, personally I've found this thread great for being able to share moans and groans and reading other peoples strories helps with perspective. Its also great to have somewhere to share all the TMI stuff:rotfl:

Morning ladies...Still no sign of baby here. My hips are killing me today
All that cleaning, gardening etc yesterday has taken it's toll. I'm hoping that a danish pastry will make me feel better

It should do the job but if not, a piece of cake will surely do the trick. Hope you manage to take it easy and put your feet up.0 -
Morning ladies
We went for our re-scan yesterday as they couldnt see all of baby's bits at the first scan. Peanut was happily kicking away and they managed to check the heart valves which they couldnt see last time due to awkward position. They still cant confirm 100% its a girl due to awkward position and my scar tissue blocking the view, but she said she couldnt see any boy bits, so am going to hope my lovely pink baby bits dont go to waste!!!!
I have been getting super stressed out due to tenants renting my house not paying rent on time, its now over 3 weeks late and i dont know what to do. I really dont need the stress right now and it seems every month i am chasing them for it which is not what i want to be doing,i am worried that when Peanut comes along i wont be able to keep my eye on them as closely and the last thing i need is to miss payments on my mortgage due to their money not being in on time  just wish i had sold the house now!!Due 26th July, team yellow0 -
Hi Keely and welcome, def didn't mean to miss your thread hun, post away and we'll reply as best we can!
IceIce glad all is going well, let us know what to expect at first and what you have learnt so far... top 3 things??
Back at work today boo-hoo, will have to see how my workload has been handled - at least this time some of it should have been, which has never been the case when I have been away.
Still trying to work out in what position baby is, I think he's feet down still as that's where I think I feel kicks, though nothing hugely painful or obvious yet thankfully. Next midwife app is close to the end of the month and I am now 30 weeks - eek - best get on with sorting my entire life out...:):)
