I have a headache, it started yesterday with all the stress from the ex husband. I've slept and it's still there. I've had a shower, come downstairs and my face feels really really flushed, and I look like a beetroot. I have no make up on whatsoever so it's not blusher etc making it look worse. I've opened a window to try and cool down, but it's not helping. I've taken some paracetemol to see if it helps my headache pass, but I'm not sure how long I wait until I should maybe get checked over in case my BP is high. Has anyone else experienced similar?

no experience here, might be worth ringing midwife if it doesnt pass nothing lost if BP is ok

I've got an appt with the Nurse Practitioner this afternoon to get my BP checked. I'm not normally one to run to the docs very often, but I just don't feel right. If my BP is normal, I may be coming down with something. Whatever, I don't feel right. My face feels like it's on fire, and I'm having to fan my face with a newspaper. I'm going to just put my feet up and rest and see what they say later.

Uh oh, how annoying. How do you feel about it? When do you next see midwife?

Tomorrow I'm guessing she'll pop around to the house. i've left her a message on her mobile but it's switched off so guessing she's not on shift. I texted last night too but haven't heard.

It's my due date tomorrow...I've got lower back pain yet again & baby feels like it's really low as I've def got a waddle on. I don't think my bump has dropped though. I'm convinced this little one is going to keep me waiting.

Oh well...I've got a date with a large bar of dairy milk, closer magazine & the sofa :rotfl:

Worried about seeing women's bits? That is exactly the reason why my husband wanted to come with me to one :D (I told him I'm leaving him at home...)

we had a breastfeeding week at parent craft classes (my last pregnancy) in which a woman came to talk to us about breastfeeding, she then proceeded to feed her child (not a baby, a child:eek:) my OH's face was a picture lol i would enquire what will happen at the workshop if your OH is worried, because it did genuinely make my OH really uncomfortable, he didnt know where to look :rotfl:

    Hi supermaiden :)

We did a NCT breastfeeding class and we got shown a DVD where there was nudity but we were warned before hand. All the Dad's coped fine.

Probably TMI but I must have started leaking last night! Woke up to a crusty pj top :rotfl:oh the joys of pregnancy!
