I have 3 boxes upstairs.. you should have said.. I won't be taking them.. I got them last August when Squeak was born and they weren't going to let me home from hospital as my Hb was 9.. which was higher than it was when I went in the day before!!! So they discharged me.. saved me discharging myself which I was going to do anyway lol. Fusty ferret pills!!!
I thought about getting drugs on the way home.. which means I will probably get some in about 6 weeks time and it'll be another 3 before I take any.. I HATE taking pills it akes me forever to swallow them and 9:10 I vomit them straight back up as they stick in my throat.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Well, I managed to watch 2 out of 3 swimming lessons before my mother had to take me back to her house
I'm in so much pain
I've got that period niggly pain again ... almost feels like those early stage labour pains, but I'm not having contractions ... just the dull ache
Thanks Pigpen, I'm not sure no more nails would even glue me back together againOlympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

MrsS not sure if this will be of any help for you but was a suggestion made by my older sister for easing the pain a bit and getting some comfort. It goes against the recommendations made by most physics for pelvic stabilization but she swears by it and when I tried it it helped me too. If you have a big floppy bean bag kneel on a cushion right in front of it and lean over it so that it is totally supporting you upper body weight. I realize that it probably actually achieves nothing for the pelvis and is more likely just helping to rest the nearby muscles which are trying to overcompensate and ease the dysfunction but it really helped her and I am finding it helpful too.0

Sorry if I lived anywhere at all nearby I would bring you one by.
. Are you able to get in and out of the bath still? Our bath is tiny well really shallow and narrow and I go in it every night then stuff loads of heat packs into my pajama trousers.....I make a point of never ever looking in any mirrors after 20:00 every night!

I can get in and out of the bath with my husband's help. I've been in the bath already today and it didn't helpNothing seems to be helping at the moment, which is why I think I feel so fed up.
For the past few weeks I've been fairly ok as long as I've been resting. When I've had to do something which I've known will flare it up, I've accepted that I will suffer and planned extra rest around it. This past few days though I've literally done nothing to cause it to flare up so badly. Even resting isn't easing the pain anymore
DH doesn't know what to do or say .... I don't even know what to ask him to do to help me either. He's finding it really hard seeing me like this. He knew I would be bad because I explained to him what happened last time, but I don't think he realised just how much it would affect me. The kids' patience is now starting to wear thin too - let's face it, I've been struggling now for 15 weeks which is forever to them, especially the 5 year old.
My parents are going abroad on Tuesday as well and I'm dreading them not being here for extra support for 2 weeks to help with the kids etc.I talk to my mum every day without fail, and 2 weeks at the moment is going to feel like a lifetime

I can't get in our bath already!!! Which means I get to spend the second summer in a row unable to shower or bath..
. I just can't lift my leg high enough to get it in.. we have an enamel roll top bath.. it is very beautiful but I wish to the gods we had a cubicle shower!!!!
Do yours not have half term week after next? Mine are off that week.. thankfully due to KH pi$$ing me about he has them both weekends so I only have mon-Fri to contend with them.
I was like that yesterday Mrs S.. just didn't where to put myself, how to sit, where to be in order to make the pain just a fraction better. It isn't as bad as that today but I have done absolutely nothing.. and I just can't do nothing every day!!! not for another 4.5 months!
AND my feet are really swollen!!!
Oh, I need to go wash my hair.. that kills me on a good day!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
