Congratulations Benson!! :j What weight was Charlotte? Looking forward to a piccy!

Still nothing here I think this baby is going to wait until next week!! I have a midwife appt tomorrow and she will do a sweep for me but not holding my breath there is no point getting stressed about it though I have a week at the most to wait and then hopefully I will meet my baby

Keeping fingers crossed for Cutterby and Vroom hope they get Mummy cuddles soon x

Congratulations benson. That's a lovely name. I might have copied it if I were having a girl.

Puzzled - you sound a lot like me. Too long standing makes me ache and hoovering is the worst. I have a definite bump now too and feeling twitches and light kicks/pokes. The only definite time i feel them is when sitting down after dinner. I didn't realise how obvious my bump was until I saw a photo of myself on Saturday. 16 weeks of work left for me. Sounds scary because yesterday I was telling a friend I have ages left until my due date - 4 complete months may, June, July & august so i have heaps of time.

Before B-day to do list:
1. Write a birth plan- done
2. Pack my bag- done
3. Hoover living room and put new rug down (been waiting for dusty work to finish) before getting fitness/birthing ball pumped up- I'm too achy to do this so will have to enlist OH.
4. Complete horrible form for work- starting this today- finishing tomorrow
5. Buy some more sheets for moses basket- been advised to write a list for people of what we still need- don't people realise i want stuff sorted before I go into labour? :eek:
6. Do more decluttering of the baby's bedroom to be- very slow progress as I can't bend down and pick stuff up- but it is progressing .
7. Hall, stairs landing still being decorated although definitely getting there. I need to choose and order carpet for stairs and landing
8. Get OH to put cot together.

Congratulations Benson, beautiful name!

Im starting to worry as Im now 29 weeks and realising how fast the last 9 have gone by.. Its going to be time in well.. no time! :eek: Its scary lol.
Ive been thinking about a birth plan, the only thing I have is "waters must not break in living room" as husband has demanded it not be that room :rotfl:as I will spoil the carpet lol!

Getting a bit annoyed about not having a name yet. Husband doesnt offer suggestions but says no to all of mine so I just get stressed out and am stopping looking for more as my list of ok names just gets longer lol. He says he will give me a name when he finds one, so I just have to wait. He got baby his first teddy yesterday, a big yellow easter chick and has wrote on the tag from Daddy which was sweet.

Midwife later today. Hopefully she will let me hear the heartbeat again.

Thank you everyone, Charlotte is the name my mum didn't like but as it's official I'm sure she'll get used to it!

She weighed 10.11 and established labour was 4.5 hours with a very hairy ending (cord wrapped v tightly around her neck and body) but all good in the end xxx

Will try and get a piccie up shortly x
