No you're not near the bottom because you won't go on the list *am in a strop**Ante-natal classes Question *. I start these next week and my letter is very brief , gives me the times and location , then scribbled on the bottom is- Please bring a pillow and some water. I am assuming its just a bed type pillow you take? Also what are we supposed to wear , I'l be going straight from work so I cant really wear yoga bottoms to work ? Or will most people be in ordinary clothes
I have no idea - but when you do go let me know what it's like please - haven't decided whether I want to do them yet. I don't really like being told what to do :rotfl:
Planning on starting pregnancy yoga next week (only because my cousin is a few weeks ahead and forcing me into it) am dreading it - Im rather windy at the moment and im sure those stupid positions are not going to help!

It's amazing how different places do things so differently. My first antenatal class was this week at 36 weeks, which I think is cutting it a bit fine. I now have two more. The other ladies in my class were due a good 4-6 weeks after me.
We all wore normal clothes, sat around with a drink, and chatted. Didn't require a pillow, and they provided us with water.
TBH it didn't cover anything I didn't know already, but the classes are useful for OH. He said he found it useful, so worth going. We're talking about pain relief/management etc next week, so that should be interesting.
How many weeks are you LL?0 -

Yes but they couldn't get a decent measurement for dating and due to bank holidays they aren't booking rescansLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Lablover - ours was a day antenatal class and we didn't need pillows or anything. Everyone just wore normal clothes.
Hi to Lynn!
Well I went and got measured in Debenhams, the lady was very nice. Pre pregnancy I was 32dd and now am 36d. Bought a couple of nursing bras but she said is a good idea to go back and get measured again after baby.0
