    Afternoon ladybumps,

Gorgeous weather down here today, managed to get the last washload of baby clothes on the line and dried and a load of outdoor jobs that I wanted done:j

Doglover, can you see a gp about a referral to a physio? I really wish mine had referred me sooner, its helped so so much.

Grateful, I would say it would be an investment to get it in red, timeless colour etc etc!

Apricot, it might be worth looking on ebay to see if you have a local warehousey type place, I've been looking at drawers all weekend (I ended up getting a tallboy to match the cotbed and dresser we bought from Babies r Us but I still need to get some for me), drove round and found a few local shops that had some nice things in, looked on ebay and some of the same shops had similar things just £50-£100 cheaper!:money:

In other news apparently I do still have tear ducts (I really was starting to think that baby had stolen all fluids!), one of my cats threw up yesterday, then had a mini fit and was just unconscious for about 30secs, hubby opened her mouth to check her tongue hadn't rolled back into her throat (stopping her breathing), she then woke up and bit him! Was so relieved though was blubbing like a baby, silly cat :(

Congrats again Sammy, that was one of my top 5 names too. Slightly scared though as now am well into the top 10 (excluding boldies)!!

Waterbaby, I know its easy for me to say (and I probably wont be saying it in a couple of weeks!) but your in the last few days of this pregnancy now, your body can do this, and the pain you are going through is going to allow you to meet your baby-woo! Thinking of you though xx

Hope everyones ok, labour vibes to those in need xxx

Thanks Bella, I'm going to hold off for now because I'm not in agony and I'd feel bad nicking appointments without feeling as though I'm desperate. I know you'll prob say I told you so in a while!

    Apparantly they are going to:

Smother the baby (not one confirmed case of this happening - ever!)
Give the baby a hairball (!!!!!!?)
    Or my all time favourite:
Eat the baby - have you ever heard something so ridiculous in your life?

I didn't mind the first couple of times I was asked - I just explained that cats wouldn't be sleeping in the cot with baby or left alone with baby anyway so there isn't going to be a problem. But the same people keep asking me over and over again what im going to do with them - I snapped yesterday and just said that my nan had a cat for 17 years and it never killed me and then I got accused of being "overprotective" of the cats and "hormonal"

I know these people don't like cats but sorry I do and Im not going to turf them out just because Im having a baby!

    Rant over.

A couple of my hysterical relatives would scream "Quick wipe the milk off the baby's mouth before the cat sees and tries to lick it!!!" as if it would:rotfl:

    .
I don't get it! I have joined the parenting club twice now but never get anything in the post from them, no vouchers or anything. It didn't even work online when someone else gave me a voucher code. Can't seem to get that damn bag! :rotfl: And you get offered a second one :rotfl:

Is this Boots? I haven't had a sausage from them either.

Oops that'll teach me for trying to multitask! Well tan is timeless, and it'll go with EVERYTHING! That makes it more of an investment, surely?
