    Who else is taking all these supplements on the list? I can understand Arnica, RLT and Calcium, but am not 100% sure on the Evening Primrose Oil. I wouldn't be inserting it, I'd swallow it, so would I loose any 'benefit's?

    Dusty - lovely pics, am envious you've got your nursery all ready :D

    Puzzled - glad your scan went well :)

    LOL Sammy you don't have to insert them, you can just swallow them ;) I am taking RLT swore by it the last time and I'm going to give the EPO tabs a bash. Not going to bother with calcium and I will do what I done last time probably and take a bottle of water with crused arnica into delivery room and sip on it throughout labour.

    Then you have everyone on the school run, "oh, you've nt had it yet?".....DOES IT LOOK LIKE IT??

    Haha yes. I suppose when people come face to face with you they feel they have to say something but don't know what. I would probably say 'Hi, how are you', but then if someone said that to me right now, I would interpret that as asking directly about the pregnancy.

    I read somewhere that if you don't have enough calcium in 3rd tri, then baby will take what they need out of your bones/body :eek: which can lead to osteoporosis :eek: May be just scare mongering, but as I don't drink much milk as a rule, I am taking it on the safe side. Also been drinking milkshakes and having low fat/fat free yoghurts.

    I've ordered some RLT bags, Arnica, EPO capsules and some chewable Calcium from H&B. I only got two packs of tea incase 1) I don't like it 2) it makes me wee too much :rotfl: if it does I'll have to get the tablets from 36 weeks, but H&B didn't have them on their website, only the bags.

    Anyone doing perineum massage? :eek::o

    Hey baby. Say to them

    "You know I love you but I am near to giving birth and very stressed, so !!!!!! Off and when there is something to tell, you will be the first/second to hear.

    I was thinking, my granny is much better in this situation. I would be very surprised to hear from her anytime before the baby is born. But then I realised, she went two weeks over with both hers, whereas my mum had one premature induction and one that was two days over. So how much understanding can I reasonably expect, it isn't really fair to be upset with her if I haven't explained what I want / don't want from her, as she's never been much overdue at all.

    DH told my mum on the phone tonight (the eighth attempted call) that I was fine but was sick of people asking how I was. I love him for his directness sometimes!

    I am just doing the RLT, that is about all I can remember. I have multivitamins but keep forgetting to take them.
