I hope my washing dries as well, as it's a PITA putting it out with this stupid SPD rubbish
I love animals, I'd have more if I could. I used to have loads of hamsters, but they don't live very long and I'd get so upset, so decided to try guinea pigs. Now ended up with 7 :rotfl:
Two cats are enough for me, the little s£dsI wouldn't be without them though, they really do do the funniest things. But they are litter trained and I couldn't deal with the smell of anymore of them going in the box :rotfl:
I'd like to start horse riding again after having bubs, but don't think I'd own again. So much money left, right and centre, and it takes over your whole life. Since moving here from Norfolk, prices are just ridiculous, hay and shavings are in short supply, thus very expensive. We weren't allowed straw at the yard either. I do miss my chap, but he went to a lovely home with a retired lady who has lots of money and keeps him at home  Heartbreaking, but sometimes you've got to break your own heart to put someone else (including animals!) first and do right by them.
Oh forgot to add, my cot mattress turned up today! Fantastic service, only ordered it yesterday afternoon!0 -

I'm back....whilst i remember.....
huge huge labour vibes to RBG, i thought she would have been the boldie thats popped. Apricot, if you're in contact can you pass on all our love from the thread. Can't imagine what she's going through.
The RLT dosage is on the edd list, half way done, under the hospital bag checklist.
Hospital was a nightmare, spent 15 minutes queueing to get a ticket in the car park, as only 1 machine was working. Then spent 30 minutes waiting to see a consultant. Had the most uncomfortable sweep, i've never experienced anything like it, but she said that in 70% of cases it starts things off, so we'll see. Otherwise i have a date for induction which is the 19th March. Come on baby:)Henry James Born 18/03/2011-11 days late!:)

Wanting to punch people is a good sign you may be in labour soon!digitalphase wrote: »Oh forgot to add, my cot mattress turned up today! Fantastic service, only ordered it yesterday afternoon!
Where from? I may need to get one in a hurry:eek:ddebski_us wrote: »Eek!! Was just munching through a spare sandwich left over from a lunch meeting, thinking it was egg mayo from M&S - halfway through, realised it wasn't very eggy and it then dawned on me it was brie!!
Only had 2 mouthfuls - won't have done any harm will it?
Don't worry, I have had camembert, Stilton, runny eggs...
And it was M and S. No worries. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -

Thanks for that hun, seems I can start taking it now, so now stocking up on all the supplements on H&B - 10% cashback, that's excellent :T
Sorry to hear your sweep was unpleasant. I must admit it does worry me that I will need one. I hate things like that, I find them very uncomfortable. Hopefully it will have worked though!0 -
Oh yeah with the Evening Primrose Oil - is it OK to just swallow it, rather than 'inserting it'? I don't like the idea and sounds messy :rotfl:0

DM, i was surprised that the consultant had booked me in so soon for a sweep, i would demand your midwife to do one, anything that may help to start things off.
Digital, can't help with the EPO, i haven't used it. Re the sweep, although it was very uncomfortable, i actually don't care anymore, just want the baby out, i'd do it again right now if it guaranteed it would start things off
I watched OBEM this morning and was filled with panic at the thought of going into labour again, i keep having those thoughts, despite knowing at the end of it i'll have my bubs. Bloomin' hormones...don't know whether i'm coming or going at the moment.
Madbird, yes please:)Henry James Born 18/03/2011-11 days late!:)
