  • Afternoon all

Good luck Spaghetti - hope it all goes as planned x

Not much to report here - had my appointment with the consultant this morning and we spoke about my abutting placenta spotted at the scan last week :o
He said he wasn't overly concerned as it tends to move in most women and I am having an elective c section anyway.
I have made another appt to see him after my 32 week scan.

The only other thing he said was no DTD - which we haven't partaken in since the last lot of bleeding so no surprise there.

It is a horrible day here - wet and yucky - OH and I are planning a weekend away shortly before I get too large and uncomfortable (not sure where we are going yet just be nice to get away) :)
  • What a cutie hngrymummy!

Tummy is hurting today from all the pressing at the scan yesterday :( really hurt at the time, Im hoping this doesnt happen at every scan lol. I think it was because she was having trouble getting baby to move so was pressing and everything. Sore now though lol. Have only felt baby a couple times this morning, usually its very active but will see how it goes.
I was looking at my scan info and it says placenta post high, anyone know what that means? Also spine eronal? I cant find anything on google lol.

Cld be short for posterior high . Mine is posterior low. Just means its at the back and not front. Not sure about the other term tho

    Afternoon all.

Sammy - yay for your last day at work and for baby turning round!

Supermaiden - placenta being high is good as won't cover your cervix. Mine is attached at front and back and hasn't been mentioned since scan. Need to find out if is going to cause any problems.

I guess they need to discuss pain relief with me at some point as need to book me into the midwife led unit if I am able to use it.

My moses basket has been delivered today yay (OH is at home) and my cot should be in next couple of hours too.
