I wish I were a dog person. I really do. And when they are all little like that they are cute and boisterous. But I hate the smell. The smell of wet dog just surrounds every single dog I come into contact with. I hate dog hair. And I hate the little !!!!!!s for jumping up on me. I know... i'm a killjoy lol. I'll pet them and give them a bit of fuss but that's about as far as I can go. I know the hubby and the kids would love one but if he went against my wishes then i'd have to just leave.

Well ladies.. it would seem that I have a naughty little sproglet! :eek:
Went to scan and sproglet was moving all around, really enjoying itself and wouldnt keep still to be measured. Then went and curled up with its legs at its head and hands on head. I had to go for a walk and eat something then go back. She had me go from flat on my back to left, to right but baby would not move! Think it must have been nap time!
So she couldnt continue with the scan because she needs to see the heart and it just wasnt letting her in. Still dont know what we are having either. Have to go back in... 3 weeks! :(:(
So we still have a big fat question mark! lol
Apart from that, baby is perfect so it wasnt all a waste of time at least I know that. Heart is there, stomach was seen and baby is swallowing, kidneys there, bladder there. Saw what was apparently its lips and nose but who can tell when youre a novice and not used to seeing these things :rotfl:And size of baby is perfect :happyhear

Sounds like my naughty uncooperative baby at 20 weeks! You'll be amazed at the growth of baby in the next few weeks, everything was so much clearer. I felt deflated after first one as wanted to know everything was ok and the flavour, but the next scan more than made up for it - I also think the right sonographer helps in my experience!

Congrats Tickle, finally spotted the right post by RBG - nice weight so bet you are happy!
Love the pic of the labrador, gets me all goooey and wanting one, my cat would disagree though...

Was it Sparkle that was asking about co-sleepin?? I am doing this with Sofia at the moment at night as she just wont settle in her moses basket at night. She sleeps in it fine during the day but nt at night which is really frustrating but I have found letting her sleep on my chest or on Mr Sharkeys soothes her and she then goes into a deep sleep and I must admit, we both feel so bonded to her by doing this, it has helped me immensley as I am not BF.

Hope everyone is ok - labour vibes to all who need/want them.
