Ooooops he is 7lb 2oz.

Had a a really good labour up until the last part where he got the salad tong treatment and my epidural finally kicked in 5 mins after I had him.

Will do the full birth story soon.

I read today that babies like classical music compared to other genres. I think this baby is taking after me and OH as it seems to like metal and dance to it

Hope everyone's OK. I went for my 20 week scan yesterday - all well and we got a great photo of the baby waving at us!Sorry the photo is a bit fuzzy, it's taken with my phone not a scan - on the original picture, you can really see the little hand and fingers!

Bit of a surprise though that the baby is - probably [it wouldn't turn face on] - a girl. I was completely convinced it was a boy and so so wanted a boy, so I'm a bit up and down right now, but I'm getting used to it. I'm just not a fan of all the pink 'princess' girly stuff But I love her already and judging by the way she is kicking the heck out of my bladder right now, she is a tough little tomboy so I'm sure we'll get on just fine

Also where's best to get them, Matalan do 2 for £10 but they never have them in my local store and I don't fancy paying the delivery charge. That said I could order a few different sizes and get the free delivery then just return the ones that don't fit......maybe i've just solved my problem all by myself..........:T

I'm still catching up, so appologies if I miss anything. I got my nursing bra 2 weeks before my due date. It was fine, until my milk came in. Now it's barely keeping my melons under control So maybe get one or two for now, then get remeasured when your milk is in. That's my plan for today - get some support for my Jordan's

Hospital bag packed . Amazing how planning a weekend 5 hrs drive away from OH focuses the mind . Off to see my friend while OH does all the paint stripping etc that he can't do while I'm in the house!!

Not that anything is going to happen yet, had a chat with bubs and he is staying in until the 1st April if not later!
