Welcome Puzzled (I will let someone with more technical know how update the list)!. Wow, sounds like you are getting very organised already - at 32 weeks OH and I are still to decide on names and its only since Christmas that I've been thinking about the birth (for me thats long enough!). It isn't for everyone, but I have found watching one born every minute has really helped me think about how I will feel at the time, and given me a few dos and don'ts for my birth plan.

Mrsspendalot and ((hugs)). No wonder you are feeling so down, hope you get to see the physio soon and that they can help. Could you invite friends round during next week, so even if you're stuck in house / garden at least there is some variety, or could a friend help you get out, give you a lift to the park or anything? I agree that garden would be better than being in the house - not sure what age kids are but could you help them make a tent / shelter so they can still get out if it is raining??

There is a park nearby but because of the SPD it's too far for me to walk and I'm not allowed to drive, but there's no way the kids could go alone at their age. It's so restricting

I also feel that I can't be seen out and about if someone gives me a lift etc because I'm signed off sick!

Afternoon!

Went for my growth scan and it was amazing.

Gushing bit:
I saw his whole face, chubby cheeks and button nose. He was sticking his tongue in and out and he had hiccups, he looks so cute already!

Important bit:
He is a normal size! :j He currently weighs 2lbs 8ozs and is in the middle of the growth chart!

It may change at my next scan, but :j for now.

Had MW today aswell, im measuring 32cm, have sugar trace in my urine and baby is 4/5ths engaged

Do you know if your own baby is ugly?

I think you don't as they are yours and perfect to you but my friend thinks you would know.

Not silly I used to think that, and I can't answer cos I think my DD is gorgeous (and everyone else says she is...unless they're a bunch of fibbers!)
