I think i'll get a few sizes from Matalan and then see what fits best once bubs is here (will give them a week to settle though beofre deciding thanks pigpen)
Does anyone else feel like today is really dragging? - I was convinced it was Friday today0 -

My Bo obs went massive when my milk came in though (my Oh is hoping they will again

Are you joining us again?!
For nursing bras after the birth, I bought a pack of the mothercare sleep nursing bras, they are more like a crop top and they don't have cups but they are so much more comfortable to wear when you have massive milk swollen norksA very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I thought it was Friday right up until 11am, when a friend messaged me on Facebook and I wondered why she wasn't at work, and she reminded me she has Thursdays off.
Days seem so looooooong at the moment.0 -
Yay on the tens machine Jojo, shame they couldn't have been honest in the first place. I might consider paying the extra for deliveryand still go with them (thanks whoever suggested that - Honeypop?)
I haven't been sure what to do about nursing bras either - Dusty I may well pinch your suggestion of ordering a few from Matalan. I might get a couple of crop tops too for the first few days, just in case they do get huge (OH is hoping so!), at least then it doesn't matter whether size is right or not!
Lablover love the bag and would make a really nice changing bag
Oh, I came across some info about calcium needed later in pregnancy (after no one could work out why it was on the supplement list I think I understand now!) Apparently the majority of the calcium required is transferred from mum to baby in the weeks before birth (this was written in week 32 so presumably after that). If mum hasn't got enough calcium reserves for this it is taken out of her bones  increasing the risk of osteoporosis later in life.
I think the jist is that if you've had healthy calcium intake throughout pregnancy you should have plenty, but if you haven't then it is a good idea to take a supplement from now onwards.
Sorry if that looks a bit garbled, not got the book here - can check it later but think the above is the jist of it!
Lauren hope you're having mummycuddles by now & that everything goes well, so exciting!
Hngry (if you're still here) what colours is Matthew if you don't mind me asking? Just out of curiosityMe and OH are getting to the point where we'd seriously consider Wriggle as babys name, seems to be the only one we both like
.
Speaking of which, why does everyone assume I'll tell them everything about our baby - "when are you due, is it a boy or girl, what are you naming him", and this was from the woman in the Cafe I'd never been to before lol! I'm going to start telling people we're naming him Wriggle!0 -
