Its from this company, they have a special offer on where its only £20 for 6 weeks hire
http://www.maternitytens.com/
I just can't beleive that they don't send it recorded, when the timing is such an important issue.
I was tempted to order mine from there as they have the special offer price on, and could order it in advance. Won't be bothering now due to your experience. Will order elsewhere. Hope it turns up soon. I'd definitely ring them and tell them that a lot of pregnant women you know are now not ordering from them based on your experience, and also they need to extend your hire period so you get a full 6 weeks (or refund difference).galvanizersbaby wrote: »Congrats Sharkey :jwhat a beautiful name you've chosen
Quick update on 20 week scan - all is well - I have an abutting placenta though apparently so need rescan at 32 weeks to see if it's moved (though won't affect me labour wise as planned c section regardless)
We are having a little girl and we are over the moon tonight!
I was actually right about one pregnancy related thing - yeah!!!
Congrats Galvanizersbaby - did you get a piccie?
Good luck to Lauren, though eek on your waters going in public!
Hope Janine is enjoying mummy cuddles now!
What else was I going to say... Hmm... Oh yeah, we have our antenatal classes booked :j 4th, 11th and 18th April at 6pm, so OH can come too
Also got our notice today from our landlord, so we have two months to find somewhere else to live! We desperately wanted out anyway as have had countless problems living here, and have wanted out since at least September. So fingers crossed that we'll find somewhere suitable before bubs makes an appearance  I am so excited about moving, want to get baby's room all ready, but all the good places seem to get snapped up extra quickly. I rang up about 3 today, and all had gone. Can't wait to get nursery done
When did everyone else start their hospital bag? Is it too soon to do it at 30 weeks? Won't be able to pack it all anyway, some things are last minute additions aren't they.
Had some mint viennetta tonight and bubs really enjoyed it! My appetite is through the roof, currently scoffing chocolate biscuits.
Oh and OH sold his car today, so that will save us £200 a month, plus around £100 when he gets his new credit card so can shuffle some debts :T Fantastic, as every month is very tight making ends meet.

Hope you manage to find somewhere nice to move to Digital!
I am planning on packing my hospital bag about 34/35 weeks. I have got most the stuff for it but think i would end up repacking about a hundred times if i do it too early!0 -

Congrats on team Pink GB!
Digital, I have had a few things in my bag since around 30 weeks, got a few basics from primark, plus maternity pads and toiletries, figured it was worth just having a few things ready.
Just got my new bag which I'm using instead and planning on packing that and starting to check what I haven't got now (am 32 weeks).
Hngrymummy nice to see you, love the name Matthew and glad you are both doing wellI know I'm mad doing it, but driving is realistically the only way to do it, she has 2 under 2, nowhere we can meet easily. Train takes an extra couple of hours, and I think there is only one per day which makes it a pain!
I've forgotten everything else, sorry!

Conratulations Sharkey :T
Yay for team pink GB.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
I know, I am just itching to use my new changing bag as well :rotfl: Maybe it would be sensible to wait until we've moved0
