Improving my life in 2011

Unfortunately I was right to be cynical. Had coffee with him yesterday and instead of entertaining me like he did with the text messages I got to hear all his problems. I do find him quite interesting though. I don't want to write too much on here because he can easily be found online. But to summarise he's struggling at the moment BUT his production is ready to roll in a few months. It's almost complete and he does have the money-couldn't-buy invites and signed contracts. This time next year people will know who he is. I just found it interesting being out and about with him and behaving normally knowing that by next Christmas people will be coming up to him asking for autographs. Maybe he could employ me or something then!

Hope everyone is having a lovely Christmas

My presents are mostly vouchers but I am loving my Dr Marten boots I got with money my mother gave me. They are brown with a fur lining. I'm on phone so can't post a link.

I know some people would hate them but I've had quite a few people admire them. They are actually much better than ugg boots, waterproof and great for walking. I'm wearing them with navy skinny jeans and pretty girly looking tops. My mother has even suggested I get another pair she likes them so much:rotfl:

I have the Soap+Glory set too which feels a bit like a Christmas present from Boots because I paid with points.

AND the new writer man is still texting loads and is VERY keen to be Mr Mags I think he's more suitable as a friend but I am enjoying him. He has written almost an entire romance script to me in text messages and it's never ever cheesy, predictable stuff. He is so talented at the writing, it's very pleasant being on the receiving end. He has also offered me a sofa because he's moving house next week.

Well it does appear I could have a boyfriend if I wanted one :rotfl: I'm tired of the texts, all this communication by text is what I imagine internet dating to be like. I'd much prefer to meet in person and chat properly. I will meet him again but I'm nowhere near the city at the moment and last time we met I just heard his problems.

As he reminded me in one of those messages we have met and chatted quite a few times this year at meetings and events I attended for work, so we haven't just met. I remember he sat at my table when I went to that fancy business association dinner in October but it was at the time my mother failed the medical and I was mostly looking at my watch wondering how soon I could get away.

He's having a very strange effect on me, seems to know what I'm thinking half the time He has worked as a director on a few media projects in the past which would explain how he always seems to know when to push people a bit further and when to stop.

He seemed to sense that he was annoying me with his constant texts earlier today. It was only a very minor annoyance, I like his messages, I was just tired and busy, but still he picked up on it.

A little while ago I got a goodnight text which added "text me tomorrow". It's always him starting the text conversations but having sensed that he might have been annoying me he seems to be handing over to me to initiate however much communication suits me.

I've not known anybody like this before and I love it but I doubt I could cope with him on a daily basis. I mean I suffer from anxiety/depression, I don't want him picking up on things like that which I suspect he would if he spent more time with me.

We're definitely going to be friends but probably no more than that. He promised in one of his texts earlier that whatever happens with his media projects in 2012 that he'll always have time for me :A and I totally believe he will. Or he'll just need me to help sort out all the problems he was telling me about when we had coffee before Christmas :rotfl:

I have been thinking about 2012 but I'm almost too scared to write plans down, they never seem to work out.

He sounds like a good person to have on side. You never know what might happen if you're not in any hurry for anything to progress.
