I agree it's all a bit deceitful. I must be very innocent as I assumed the stores had sold out- knowing they have stock rooms full just smacks of dishonesty.
Also in Leeds today she told me the t&c said it couldn't be used on the £29 t shirts ( I actually had no idea how much it was when I asked about it) and when I challenged that she said it was now in the terms that red vouchers couldn't be use on £29 stuff.
The oddest bit is that they have been asked to remove them prior to return ( which is what customer service said) but they can sell them. That just sounded like a lie to me.0 -
This goes back to some of the first posts .. cs told me it was at the stores discretion so basically if they think you are using a card they wont get you tops .
I called and asked for a top they said no def didnt have i went in tryed a few other bits on asked for the top suprise suprise they went and got it from stock room0 -
 can't believe how badly people have been treated instore with this promotion!!
has anyone been to the bluewater store as i'm planning on going there this weekend? thanks:beer: Happy Bargain Hunting!! :beer:0 -
What also annoyed me was that I used my card no problem in feb- bought a £35 top. Since bought quite a bit in Hobbs. One of the guys at work brought me in another card- his wife doesn't shop there and he knows I always have their bags.
I had seen the duck t shirt a few weeks ago and thought my daughter would like it. I thought I would use the voucher to get her the top. I was just so shocked at the store and customer service.0 -
I sent another PM to MSE Archna to see if there is anything MSE can do to help0

Hi, been a lurker on here but had to comment on Bristol (Cabot Circus store). They were fantastic when I went in 3 weeks ago, amazing service and asked me if I had a card. Went back 2 weeks ago. Again outstanding service, asked if I had card so £35 top for £10. Went back in 2 mins later with my mum. She bought the same top I just had, and I picked up a camisole, both paid for with cards. Again...no problems, cards accepted and brilliant service.“Listen earnestly to anything your children want to tell you, no matter what. If you don't listen eagerly to the little stuff when they are little, they won't tell you the big stuff when they are big, because to them all of it has always been big stuff.”0

We should make a list really of stores and their attitude - ie. from my personal experience
Guildford - Very obstructive
Reading - Helpful
A huge thank you to all who post the comps and deals that make life so much fun!0 -

I went to Cabot Circus store during the week and there were no camisoles instore. Cheapest items were the parisian looking stripy t-shirts at £35.
I did feel very "pretty woman" in there. Remember the scene where she goes into a boutique to spend money and the staff think she is beneath them. There you go.
Can't even ebay the blooming things - its flooded with them.
Me thinks I'll know my place in future and stick to primarkLove, through the trees, past the sky, beyond the northern lights; and I won't let go. May your soul and spirt fly sweetheart x

You would think the £25 was coming out of their wages.0
