I am going to be controversial here but... I don't rate any of the Elemis skin care products - when I have an Elemis facial my skin feels like its stinging. And I found the collagen marine cream gave me spots. Shame as love the Frangipani (aarrgh spelling) shower cream. But all our skins are different so if you find something you love stick to it - don't tart around like I used to!:rotfl:Strictly skincare of course

Went into Boots today to check the ACM for the deodorant voucher - did not get one
did have a look around and bought nothing :j
I would stock up on shower gel and deodorant etc when it is really cheap, otherwise I remind myself the Mitchum glitcha couple of years ago! :T (still have a few to use up first)
I have a works stash of handcream, dental flosh and deodorant so not too bad really. I also have a shoe stash of 3 pairs as well as lots of sweets in my drawers!Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

Guess I won't rush to use mine!
Not sure when you bought this but remember if it was less than 90 days ago you could simply ask for money back if you find it doesn't suit you. They were on the back cover of the brochure a few campaigns back and I must admit I took one look and thought "Ugh!"roshydoshy wrote: »Me too but i think that is probably because i know I don't 'do' my make up once I'm out, maybe a slick of gloss or eyeliner (but even that only happens if I'm waiting for friends in the ladies!) and I always end up losing all my bits and bobs :rotfl: - not very MSE!
I really can't get my head around people who can touch up during the day/when they are out...I might put on a full face of make up before I leave home but I don't have the patience to do it again of a trip! I wish I could, it might mean i can use up the stash quicker! :T
I'm exactly the same - my "desk stash" is a tube of Avon SSS Wintersoft cream, and my handbag has a lip balm, and maybe occasionally a gloss, but nothing more. Mind you, when we're on holiday my "makeup" usually consists of a really good serum and tinted moisturiser....maybe a slick of mascara if it doesn't look certain to rain! :rotfl: I don't slum it completely though - I wouldn't leave the house without lip gloss on....or at least a tinted balm.
I've got a UU to report!
Olay Total Effects Serum - WIBA? already have in a manner of speaking, as asked for it from OH at christmas and he kindly obliged. Next though I shall have a try of the Boots Expert Serum given to me by my Mum a while ago - she didn't get on with it at all but her skin is a lot more sensitive than mine. I usually find the Expert range very good.
On the subject of Mum, I can thank her for another small "IN" as she decided she didn't like the freebie Clinique mascara we both got the other week so that's come my way too!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

I remember watching a programme (Come dine with me maybe) and the guy was getting his posh cutlery out of a canteen/box and I thought mmm I don't have that. Then remembered ah yes, I bought my posh cutlery from TKMaxx and it's used every day. :A
Right today no ins. Saw the Avon book and said no thanks at a distance! Need to top up my BOdy Shop SPF supply (is the Telegraph offer from Sat or sun this weekend?).
Spluttering:
Timoteo natural highlights shampoo and conditioner - wiba yep. I only used to use posh shampoo and this one doesnt make my hair matted like some cheap shampoos can with coloured hair.
I'm going to add £4 to my sig about unplanned spends for that No7 gift box the other day - I should have stuck to my guns and (a) tried the lipgloss from the tote bag or (b) bought a l'oreal one.
Thanks for all the condolences about losing my friend, Collection 2000 perfecting minerals foundation. Well it's time probably to make a fresh start and finding something just as good, if not better. :ADeclutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Mineallmine I THINK the Telegraph offer is both days over the weekend although I couldn't be certain. I shall be in town tomorrow morning and will "case the joint" in BS as to what I might be best to spend mine on!

sofababe - asos, avon and salon skincare take paypal if that's any help!
I think I might have to throw away a foundation, a customer at work asked me if I was ill today as I looked so pale! Perhaps I should try mixing with a darker foundation. Although it does make my skin REALLY greasy after a while. I just don't want to throw it as it cost me £8! Maybe I should use some pinkier blusher?I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul, I want you to notice when I'm not around0 -

Ohhh what is the Telegraph offer ??]0 -
nobody can be jealous of my office desk stash - Palmers Cocoa butter hand cream and a vanilla lip balm.
But there is someone at work who arrives at work by 9.30 full made up, goes straight to the ladies and touches up her make up and stinks the toilets out with perfume, then does this every time she goes back to the loos (3-4) and then goes home just after 2 ish. I want to know what they're doing with her in that office that she keeps needing to top up her make up.
It could be that she is a member of this board though and trying to use up a huge stock of make up!0
