  • Hi everybody, Please can I join your challenge as I have a stash (not as massive as some peoples but bigger than it should be!)

Ive had a count up and listed below:

    bubble batch 0/5
    body lotion 1/5
    foaming cleanser 1/4
    non foaming cleanser 1/2
    eye serum 1/4
    hand creme 2/4
    dry shampoo 1/3
    foot creme 1/2
    shampoo 2/4
    shower gel 1/3
    perfume 1/5
    conditioner 2/3
    body scrub 1/2
    eye shadow 1/20
    mascara 1/3
    eyeliner 1/7
    lipstick/gloss 2/13
    nail varnish ?/44

I've put the number I have open and using next to the number i have and so shall just reduce the number I have as I use up. Ive not bought any this month (yay!!) other than a hair dye......but as my gorgeous bf said he'll dye my hair for me instead of me running up £80 bills at the hairdressers this is a good spend hehehe

    welcome newbies !

Here is my work stash - or in truth, its my car stash cos thats where I keep it....

    Hand Food
    Mascara
    Lip Balm

thats it. Come to think of it, the mascara was a bit rubbish last time I put it on - maybe its dried out a bit being in the car and only being dragged out at red traffic lights.... could be time to get rid and put a new one in....

no UU yet, though the Hand Food is spluttering (well, it had better be - it spluttered all over my fleece earlier, so Im not talking to it!!)

Welcome Amandakins! Hope you have as much enjoyment out of this very friendly and supportive thread as I have.

    Hi All,
Just another UU to report- 7ml sample of dermalogica skin hydrating booster. WIBA? no as I didn't love it and i would need to adore it as it is quite expensive.

One UU today: Full size Elemis Lavender toner WNBA. have been trying to find an alternative to LE Instant Boost Skin Tonic. This is not it as it's dearer and still not as effective. Use too little and it does nothing, use too much and it dries my skin out. Does smell lush though.
Have you tried any of the Clarins toners - I use the extra comfort one and that's lovely.
I am going to be controversial here but... I don't rate any of the Elemis skin care products - when I have an Elemis facial my skin feels like its stinging. And I found the collagen marine cream gave me spots. Shame as love the Frangipani (aarrgh spelling) shower cream. But all our skins are different so if you find something you love stick to it - don't tart around like I used to!:rotfl:Strictly skincare of course :p

But if I do that it gets swallowed up by the day to day spends IYKWIM. Keeping it separate means its there as my treat money and not to be spent on cat food and Daz :rotfl:

If I go for the Bonus Time this week I'll have to move it tho:)
Ahem, what Bonus Time...cough, who said something, me, you? I didn't do nothing... Although I do need some Clinique spot clearing gel, that stuff is good just can't use it too much. It's calmed a horrible chin spot right down - that ruddy scrub your nose in it caused!

  • Over the last couple of days have had 2 UUs: Avon Naturals Sugar and Walnut Body Lotion. WIBA? Yes, surprisingly I really got to like the smell of this. As it is a lotion, if I bought it again I would use it in the summer. Avon Naturals Vanilla and Soy Milk Shower Gel. WIBA? Yes, I love vanilla smells.

Thanks for the mascara tip Tara, I will pick one up on uesday when I'm in town. I do need one, honest! I don't have a purple one!!
Hee hee laughing as I'm just like that. Last year I had an urge for a dark (vampish) purple nail polish. So I went to Superdrug and bought 4... Hated the Revlon matt one, donated that to a friend, loved the Maybelline one, was all myeh about the Rimmel ones. The thing is though as long as we're not duplicating and as long as we can afford the odd treat then that's ok isn't it? :A
