I'm soo glad it's not just me sat here trying to justify getting another bs voucher - I'm resorting to texting my friend and telling each other not to get another one and be happy with what we've got!!:T
*now to sat on those hands until midnight*

P.S. had my 1st uu - dove 24hr intensive hand cream WIBA: maybe, but only when used up sanctuary hand cream! (and 2 S&G hand foods)...

Only an hour and a half to go!

  • Well, my lovely brother drove all the way to London from Newcastle yesterday with the rest of my stuff, so I have been reunited with my toiletries... they do look pretty on my shelves but also rather crowded! I must report a UU - my Body Shop Vitamin E Eye Cream. Finally, I've had that tiny tube for about eight months! WIBA? No, it didn't seem to do anything at all, which is a shame as considering the small amount needed it would have been excellent value for money if it had worked. Now onto my Soap & Glory eye cream.

I was reminded of the PRCP when I opened one of my boxes... I found a lovely white candle covered in a butterfly pattern that I won in a raffle at work in 2007! To be fair I've never had a chance to use it before, as I've always lived in places where candles are not allowed... but I'm determined to use and enjoy it before long. :j

two UU for me last night
Avon senses bubble bath used as shower gel, OH unfortuantely found the bottle with about and inch in at the back of the cupboard. I wouldn't have it again as it was hard to get out of the bottle and gave me a rash on my arm.
Loreal Preference shampoo - came with the hair colourant, i didn't really like it cos it was terrible to get is all bubbly and also stank of that hair colourant smell which i don't like.

My eyes have been really stingy today, not sure why. I did use the No 7 eye make up remover last night which started them hurting, but they did calm down before bedtime after i used the Avon revitalist moisturiser, but this morning i woke up to two white patches on my eye lids so moisturised again. They have ended up hurting all day so i'm starting to worry about what's wrong with them.

I'd be inclined to use the bare minimum of products to remove makeup tonight LT, then rinse around the area thoroughly with clean warm water but not use anything else around them at all. Certainly sounds like something has aggravated them so best to not use anything at all until the irritation has calmed. Either way if they are still stingy tomorrow would probably be worth popping in to see the pharmacist

Another in! My foam party hair dye arrived today. Delivery driver interrupted my coffee so I told him to go away and he said he would cause I'd signed already!!!!! Nice friendly chap he was. He handed me the box and I said "Oooh, what's that!" He said "I dunno love, you'll find out soon!".
I also got 2 vouchers in the box so will pass at least one on to a friend. Unfortunately, I think I'm working the night of the 19th though.

I've been too 'scared' to sign up to this challenge but have been watching it!

Still not ready to commit but have forced myself into not buying anything I already have. i.e No more BS Body Butter as I have about 20 already etc.

However, my lovely Mother bought me a online visa giftcard for my birthday yesterday and I've just gone a spent all £25 of it on the Lush website:money:.

Think I might have to commit to this challenge properly from March. Trouble is I've got boxes of smellies up in the attic as I ran out of room in the bathroom so I don't even know where to start!

Got my fix tonight - checking out the toiletries aisle in Morrisons :D Didnt buy anything though - just research! :T

I very nearly bought nappy bags (for the dogs) but then remembered Mum and Sis are visitng tomorrow and they get free poo bags from the town hall (b!rilliant idea - dont know why more councils dont do this!) So I'm going to give Mum a quick call in the morning and ask her to bring me some.

Throwaway - Sure Cotton Fresh deodorant - the white marks were terrible :eek: Gonna stick with the Crystal Clear ones.

Throwaway - the big cheapie handwash in the bathroom that smelled weirdly like toothpaste (used 3/4 of it, but decided today I'd had enough of it!!!) Threw it in the bin and got out a nice purple one instead :)

Also chucked out two bath sponges and replaced with nice new ones from the stash.
