Clinique at Debs bought moisture surge (as had completely run out) plus concealer pen(always useful) and got a goodie bag with brushes,lip gloss,mascara,eye make up rem,blush/eyeshadow compact AND best of alla 30ml moisture surge (thr 50ml one cost £30 so think that was really good:)

Clarins at JL(Debs offer was only online)bought eyepencil,pure melt cleanser and gentle refiner(total £59:eek:) BUT got freebies which SA said worth around £100 of cleansing trio,bath concentrate, multi active day cream,multi active night cream and super restorative night wear cream also got loyalty Clarins points but fed up there as no previous points showed:(

Two ins for me:
Ted baker perfume and shower gel set, as an unexpected belated birthday present, which was very nice! I've never used Ted Baker toiletries before, but they smell lovely.

Chanel calming emulsion. I daren't report how much this cost, but my skin has been getting worse and worse and there are good reports of this on MUA. So it's practically medicinal... The SA did say that it was being discontinued though, so if it's good I may have to stock up asap.

I never used to cut up tubes either, I'm annoyed at all the products and money I wasted before this challenge!!!!!!! :eek:

If you are going for a full on house declutter though, please be very careful. I appear to have decluttered a Pandora bead which I was given for Christmas. I can't find the damn thing anywhere. I have just bought a bracelet and spacer to go with it as I didn't actually have a pandora bracelet and now can't find the bead to go with it. These are really expensive and I'm so gutted. Hoping to be able to find it at the weekend but I'm sure I got rid of a hideous necklace which I was given at Christmas (blue jewellery box) which I found when looking for the bead (blue jewellery box).
Mind you, it's also a reminder to gifters, MiL bought me a bead when I didn't actually have a bracelet to wear it on. She didn't tell DH that she was getting it or he could have got me the bracelet. If I'd had the bracelet already, the bead wouldn't get lost as it would have been put with the bracelet in a large jewellery box instead of a tiny squashed box.
So let's all think about what we give people as gifts because they aren't always well recieved (I did love it though). SiL also got a bead and doesn't have a bracelet. Maybe she'll let me have hers :rotfl:?
Anyhoo, enough waffling. I need to go and get tea on. I shall have a nice bath tonight before work and try to decide what to do this weekend. Decluttering stylee......

What a lovely point re decluttering. I have numerous other addictions too, such as Cath Kidston bags and retro teacups. And I need to keep decluttering my house!

I am just watching a show on DMAX +1 and I am utterly horrified - it is called toddlers and tiaras and you guessed it, it's about child beauty pageants. The amount of products these little girls have to wear but us lot to shame. :eek::eek::eek::eek:

Do you think it is worth asking if they have a separate leaflet with Liz Earle stuff in (seen as Avon own it now). Maybe it would only be for Avon sellers?

Oh, shame. FWIW, I do think that my skin looks better since finishing the 21 day regime, so be patient and hang onto it a little longer. :A It is a very heavy cream, and made me break out as well - but the spots have totally gone since I finished using it. I have about half the pot left and will definitely use it again, probably in the summer (in answer to sofababe, I think you just use as much as you need and then keep the rest for another 21-day treatment in a few months' time).

p.s. happy belated birthday to trudij, and also I think I missed VALM's birthday! Many happy returns ladies.
