What does Nizoral smell like? I use Polytar (on hairdresser's recommendation) if my head gets sore, but gawd that stuff reeks!!!!!

Incidentally are Nizoral and Nizorelle 2 totally different brands?

it certainly doesn't smell of polytar, and i agree it's such a terrible smell! I'm not sure if they're the same thing but possibly are but i'm terrible at spelling. :)

:silenced: I have a couple of Ins - the Olay sample, very nice size and perfect for holidays. I did try to order another to my BF's flat but the form didn't accept my address :( if you live in a flat with several numbers how do you get the form to work? :D
Went to Asda, bought 2 x Asda own shower gels for using as hand wash, we go through loads in our house so will be used quickly. :T

    Evening everybody!

Haven't been keeping up with the thread very well but overall I am resisting really well i.e the recent body shop offer and molton brown offer.
I have a sort of IN as L'occitane have a daily mail offer to get a free footcream in store (no store anywhere near me) or a half price soap for £1.99. So I bought the rose soap to go with the Rose shower gel and body lotion that I already have and I figured I could put the trio together to make a nice little gift in a nice gift bag and this also reduces my stash a little.
I am going to keep the two free samples though as there is a new rose hand cream and a new plum blossom gel to sample :T
Sssshhhhh.....there is info on the grabbit board about this L'occitane offer......:D

Practically a local! I'm in Bromley, which isn't far from there.

Good evening ladies, just dropping to report a soon-to-be-UU. I've suddenly been reminded of why I stopped using Clinque Moisture Surge Extra (facial gel) - three days in and I've broken out in spots.

I'll use the little bit left to moisturise my legs or something, but it's not going on my face. If it wasn't for the mild fake tan I put on Sunday, I would look blotchy too, no doubt. Grr. Etc.
Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....

Thanks ladies! Is it OK if I adopt you as mother's? When my mom heard what I did she was FURIOUS.

"I'd NEVER let you have a stanley knife, why have you got a stanley knife! OH MY GODDDDD!!! YOU CAN'T BE LET OUT ALONNNNEE!!!"

Your shock is so maternal ( i hope no-one is offended by this!)

I shall invest in a pair of scissors. Thanks :D

I suspect I speak for all of us when I say we are VERY pleased to hear that! :D

Booo indeed - I currently have a few small bits of Clinique stuff on eBay and I am cacking myself that whoever buys them will have a problem with them! My description is spot on - each product has been tested for colour (either on a tissue or using a cotton bud) and I have stated as much, but having never sold makeup before it's quite nervewracking!

    Evening all

    I have a 2 more UU's to report.
    * A sample size of Decleor Aroma Night cream, this was a very rich night cream so very economical to buy but for me I could only use this one as a night cream in the winter so I might buy this one later on in the year.
    * A sample size Dr Hauschka Rose body oil, I didn't like this one as a body oil but it was fantastic to use as a night hand cream for my really dry hands. Now using Decleor strengthening serum for nails and hands.

I have 1 IN to declare but it was a free one. My neighbour kindly gave me the latest issue of the Woman & Home magazine and in their I found a voucher to get a free 50 g Citron, Honey & Coriander hand cream. I now have 6 travel sizes of various hand creams so wont have to buy anymore for a while.
No toiletries challenge, started 18/1/2010 - Putting £1 in my savings jar for every item that I use up. Pot 1 to 4 = £261. Pot 5=£23
    Boots points:£39.21. Extra money in 2012:£674.59. In 2013 £603.48. 2014: £85. 2015: £0 :j

Ooh I've been weakening over this - how did you get the 2 free samples?

Edit- ooh found it, you get to choose 2 samples with each order.....
Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!

Hmm, my skin has been awful recently, and I'm wondering if it's due to the Olay 3 point serum freebie I've been using... I can't remember if I started that before or after my skin started breaking out. I might stop using it for a while though and see what happens. Have just received the Regenerist sample too, so will put off trying that for a while!

One IN for me: anti-dandruff 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner - very unexciting and I actually wanted a clarifying shampoo as my hair has been really dull lately with all the product I've been using. Hopefully for 87p this will do the trick though!
