  • Mrs B - you are so not alone!

My house is looking so amazing in relation to how it used to! And yet nobody has noticed/commented!

I had a day out yesterday ( went to see a sick friend in London - a lot of travelling and very hard emotionally) and the washing up was still in the sink. DD1 can't do it (too tiring for her ME) OH couldn't do it (broken thumb - not heard of rubber gloves) and the other 2 didn't bother!

I have just hoovered the bottom of the ironing box (a big pine chest my mum made for my sister) there is still some outstanding ironing, but the gibble has been removed from the box!:):)

Having put a washload on I can confirm that yet again OH has filed his washing on a Sunday - 46 years old and incapable of using the basket that he chose!

Next week I might just bin it!;);)
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j

Have just been ironing for last hour and have managed to do most of it just needs putting away but I hate that job almost more than the ironing .

Raining again here in Rossendale and very windy so feeeling a bit fed up , need to find something to do to stop me getting down -might go and tidy bed room and then have a sleep as I feel really tired today today

    Love to all

    Afternoon all

Been MIA this last few days due to work etc. Swimming lessons were late starting AGAIN and the letters for more money were issued, I am so pleased we are stopping going as the price has gone up again.

Took Bday cards and present up to nephew yesterday (his bday today) which was quite fortuitous in the end.

Decided as Sunday School was not on today we would not have any alarms set and would get up as and when we woke. I went to bed quite late and was reading when I heard an odd noise, on investigation I found poor W had been sick in his bed. The poor mite had nothing left to bring up. So I sorted his bed, bathed him, stuck bedding in the wash and settled him in our bed with bucket by the side which was used during the night :(

He seems to be on the mend now as liquid is staying down, hoping hr will have something to eat soon.

So it is turning into a PJ day herer even though we did not have the lazy start we had planned. Kids currently watching stuff that had been taped, so we are decluttering the HDD if nothing else!

embb glad your GD is improving and continues to improve, positive vibes for you all.

Julie glad DH has got a new job, no mean feat in this climate.

I had better get some lunch for Miss A and I, will see if I can tempt W to something as well.

Hugs to anyone I have missed

    Later gators x

Hope W's on the mend soon AnW'smum x

I've got other good news too, DD1 had a job interview for a doctors receptionist in Newcastle on Wednesday they offered her the job on Friday :j she's so glad to be out of the waitressing job, it's good enough but not what she really wanted to do and the shift work and unsociable hours were horrendous. So yay!

Gosh I'm all yap, yap, yap today, I'll go and do something useful x

    Is toots ok?
