    Well ive done my dvd, but now i have like a burning feeling in the back of my throat. any1 know what that may be?

    Probably just alot of air going through your throat quickly. I often get it when i go outside for a run when its cold, really does your throat in. Probably a similar thing.

    Just googled it and it looks like it could be heartburn as it says you can get a burning sensation in your throat when eating, exercising or just stress.

    hmm, i would have thought it would be too high for heartburn, but then im no doctor!

    maybe reflux if its in the throat, thats very similar to heartburn i think?

    no not anymore, i can even sit and stare at sweet foods and they do nothing for me, there not even mildly interesting

    i do seam to crave veg if i dont eat them for a couple of days thou

    get your insulin under control and the cravings go, this puts it very well

    i get a dry throat from exercising, from straining and exhaling, but i sip fluid frequently
