Victory - only just seen your news, been away for a day or two.
So sorry to hear about your mother, that is devastating.
I hope you are ok and my thoughts are with you and your kids.
But please do not dwell on that rift you had lately, remember the happy times. I once read something that really stuck with me - 'May the memories you cherish bring you peace'
Hopefully this will give you a chance to overcome any previous quarrels and bond with your brothers and sisters to become a stronger family unit.

    Isent that a fantastic quote.
    Thank you for sharing it.

oh yes :-) walked to mcdonalds last night with the dog, it was throwing it down and blustery, we always just have a coffee and a sit for 10 minutes before heading back, we cant take the dog indoors obviously, so sit at one of the outdoor tables. Last night the roof overhead offered no shelter so we were sat in the wet and the cold with hoods fastened tightly round our faces... and people in cars were slowing down to stare at us!

the bloke in fat head lost 12lbs in a month just eating take away :D

:grouphug: Sending loads of hugs to Victory, thinking of you hon.

Fred, you missed me off the chart for this week?? But my name is on the Scotland list. I'm hoping to make some sort of impression on the chart this week:o

After I weigh in , I will be taking the dog on a lovely long walk then I've got another powerplate session at 1100:eek:

I hope to quite well, DH is going away on a course next week, so I won't have anyone leading me astray on my diet.;) As it will be just me and the dog, I should be able to keep busy, hopefully going into a cleaning frenzy, so my house should also benefit.:T

Anyway todays reading was a big, whole, full stone less than at the beginning of January. It may well bounce around a bit but at least it has been hit.

    That's great! Congratulations!!! :T

Well I'm craving chocolate again, and pork pies! I never really liked pork pies, but now I can't stop thinking about them! .... And sausage rolls, and cheese and onion pasties, and steak and kidney pies - basically anything with greasy, fatty pastry!!! Ahhhh.

Had a busy day today so I can't really be bothered to do anything tonight, but I really must make the effort as I haven't done any exercise (apart from battling through the wind all day... it was quite a workout!) for ages, so really should do something. I think I'll order a film so I can have a go on my exercise bike while watching it - I don't seem to notice that I'm exercising if I'm watching something interesting on TV.

I don't appear to have a result for you this week - I may have missed it though :o.

If you pm me with it and I'll correct the chart for next week.

There are that many of us now that I have to hide the people who I don't have a result for to get us all on the 1 page.
