Theres a huge industry and Billions supporting it in the production of hi carb foods and in fixing ill people from eating carbs

I get weighed on Saturday, my start weight is 13st 8. (hoping to shift 2 this week). We'll see on Saturday.

problem is it wont work young puds, it wont address the underlying issues you have and you risk putting it back on...
