tara, read your earlier post this afternoon, but didn't have time to reply.

I think our bodies take a bit of time sometimes to adjust to the new regimes. Certainly, I was trying to lose weight in January and doing very little different to what I'm doing now and was actually gaining rather than losing. Now my body seems to have settled down and accepted and adjusted and the weight is moving again, albeit slowly, although that's fair enough because I am having a few treats and not doing my exercise yet :o

You have done so well with your exercise regime, that you really need to hold onto that positivity and be patient. Your losses will come and when they do, your body will be nicely toned with all your exercise.

Well done losers, hold the faith to those not getting the results they want just atm.

Day off work tomorrow.............when I will be reporting back on the exercise front (no pressure!!:rotfl:)

    xx

Re the exercise.................how bizarre is it that having found excuses to do everything BUT go to the gym today, a disembodied voice on the internet can !!!!! my conscience into activity. :rotfl:

Having read the above comment at 7.11pm, by 7.22 I was heading out through the door in coat and boots, for a very fast-paced half hour walk round the block (fast paced because it's flippin freezing here tonight!) Thanks tara , you made me do it!! :T

Now to do 2 more sessions by Sunday. keep nagging me folks, it works :j

Well done you :D I am so proud! :T And I will keep nagging you if you do the same for me. :o

I didn't get to the gym last night either, OH surprised me by booking a table at my fave restaurant for a late Valentines dinner. I was good and ordered a very healthy (and reasonably sized) starter and main... then had a sinful dessert! :rotfl: But I am not going to worry about it, it was gorgeous and I will be going for a long bike ride this evening to make up for it. I could do with some fresh air as it is the first nice day this week (Monday and yesterday were soooo wet), so I am going to get outside tonight and pump those pedals! Yay!

Here's to a good day for us all xo

Well since I first posted up, I have put on a couple of pounds. :(
I had some other little symptoms. So had an appointment and blood test at the docs on Monday! It has come back that I have an underactive thyroid!! Well at least I know now why I have been putting on so much weight!! :o
Sunday 23rd September 2007 I came to my senses and discovered fresh air!!:j

Yep, I am back there on Friday for more Vampirisation! Looking at my Calorie Count graph I can tell when they have upped the dosage as there is a dip in my weight :rotfl:
