    amazing poshstock well done!

    well done to the others too :) I have my wi tomorrow morning eep!!
  • Hi all, thanks for the thanks! ;)
    Tips, well, I'm just cutting down, so trying to eat smaller portions really, same foods but less of it!
    Have introduced water again, as I'm a diet coke addict, so have only one glass a day now with my dinner and the rest of the time it's water or the odd glass of OJ.
    Instead of sandwiches for lunch, i'm having baked pots with beans and salad or ryvitas, soup etc.
    Breakfast is cereal, special k or shreddies/cornflakes/rice krispies just a smaller portion instead of a huge bowlful.
    It's not rocket science, but seems to be working.
    And I've also been walking, mainly the school run - if it's not raining that is :rotfl: - I hate getting wet!
    Want to start swimming or aquarobics at some point too, so we'll see!

    HTH :)

    Thanks for that poshstock. No, it's not rocket science, we all know the theory but some of us are making a real mess of the eating bit! :o

    Wow. Well done, all of you, I feel inspired and a little bit ashamed. :o

    Purpleroses - 4 stone total loss is incredible, I bet you feel so proud.

    Vixi, I can't believe you've lost 17lbs in less than 2 months!!! :eek::T

    I so need a psychological boost... my holiday starts 3 weeks tomorrow and I am feeling the dread! I'm exercising plenty but still eating too much. :(

    I gave Curves a miss yesterday (bit achy from the day before) but am going back tonight and tomorrow woo hoo! Then I have a personal training session on Saturday (with first-timer discount :) ) so am going to work extra hard at that. I find that I need to exercise to lose weight and have really neglected that side of things lately. So I feel good that I am doing something about it. But I need to eat less as well!!!! No point in doing one and not the other... :(

    Have a good day all xoxo

    I know exactly what you mean about the exercise, I feel I need it to lose weight and for the first time ever I am actually enjoying it!

    Good luck with Curves and your PT session :T
