Hi everyone. Hope you are all ok. Sorry to hear about your sad loss Helen.
For the first time ever, Tes*o sent me four £8 off £40 spend vouchers. I don't use Tes*o anywhere near as much as I used to (which as we have booked a holiday curtosy of Tes*o for 5 of us in Spain this year you can tell it used to be a lot!) but anyway went there the other day to use the first one. I then got a till spit for £7 off a £50 spend - does anyone know if I spend £50plus can I use both at the same time?
By the way, when I was there I heard a supervisor talking to a checkout lady & she was soo rude to her, I felt like saying something in support of the checkout lady but it was probably best that I didn't,lol!Grocery aim £450pm.Spent £519 August, £584 July, £544 June, £541 May, £549 April, £517 March, £517 Feb,£555 Jan, £573 Dec, £465Nov, £561Oct, £493Sept, £426Aug,£496 Jul, £528Jun, £506May,£498April, £558 March, £500Feb, £500 Jan, £490 Dec, £555 Nov,£566 Oct, £505Sept, £450Aug, £410 July, £437 June, £491 May, £471 April, £440 March, £552Feb, £462Jan0 -
Got an email from Mr T last week about their "new" clubcard account. Went on to the website to check it all out and found I have £17.50 of unused vouchers :j
Called them up and I'll get them at the end of April which is fine cos I wasn't expecting any so it's a bonus.
Went to the most convenient, cheapest shop today, my freezer!! Who knew what was lurking in there. Anyone else have a sausage addiction???:o
So tonights dinner is corned beef (lurking in the fridge) whoopsied potato, turnip & carrot mash and some cabbage from the freezer.
2mo nite, going to Mum's so it'll be freezer surprise from her! Then on Sunday I'm going to do the slowcooked gammon in apple juice (Thanks to whoever posted that recipe)
I always eat better when I do GC
Hugs to all that need it
CherryPieMy name is CherryPie and I'm addicted to grocery shopping!!

Just wanted to say that I probably won't be on here much for the rest of the month as sadly my Dad passed away last night. He had been very ill in hospital but it has still come as a huge shock. I'm determined to keep a rough eye on what is being spent but to be honest I'm really not bothered if we spend too much this month. I hope you all keep on track with your NSD's and your budgets and remember
We don't fail, we look, we learn and we move on
