Managed to find it on the January thread. Courtesy of rachelww1 :
Put in SC with an inch or so of apple juice and a bit of seasoning. I cooked it on high for about 5 hours then put it in the oven for about 20 mins with some honey and dijon mustard smeared over it. That was a smaller joint though, so I may cut this one in half and freeze before I cook it.
I'm looking forward to it now. Mum's just called to say Gran's in hospital again, so she'll need some cheering up. And someone else doing the cooking will help I guess. My name is CherryPie and I'm addicted to grocery shopping!!

Was going to go to butchers today but as it was so windy and cold I had a rake around my freezer and realised I have at least 4 meals there so will wait until later in the week. Think I have finally got how this works:pPayment A Day £15 (started 17/5/14) :j0 -

Just wanted to say that I probably won't be on here much for the rest of the month as sadly my Dad passed away last night. He had been very ill in hospital but it has still come as a huge shock. I'm determined to keep a rough eye on what is being spent but to be honest I'm really not bothered if we spend too much this month. I hope you all keep on track with your NSD's and your budgets and remember
We don't fail, we look, we learn and we move on

3rd NSD :j I know we are only 4 days into the month but honestly this is a big thing for me lol
There is a craft and produce fayre nearby tomorrow, so might take the children for a wander there if the weather isn't too bad and pick up some decent fruit/veg at the same time, don't technicially need anything much so if we don't go it won't be the end of the world0
