    Is this correct?

I was hoping to get the gift card and then either
    1. purchase the 2D cinema tickets when they came back/over the phone

    or

    2. purchase another 'experience' for around £20-£25

    Thanks

I bought one of the £20 vouchers and basically you log back in to the RLD website and it then tells you what you can buy with it plus any extra cash you want to add - TBH there isn't a lot for an extra £20-25 that looks worth it to me (although obviously you may have different tastes to me).

For example a clay pigeon shooting intro session is avaiabale for an extra £29 (so £34 total including the £5 for the voucher) when at the most local clay pigeon place to my home they do the whole thing for £25 so not really great value

They do have cinema tickets avaiable but its 3D Cinema Tickets for Two Adults for an extra fiver on top of the voucher-but £10 for 2 for a 3D film is not too bad I suppose (usually 2 adult 3D tickets ar cineworld are around the £20 mark I think). Although as autumngirl said it seems everything avaiable or not seems to be subject to change at RLDs whim

I have emailed them....to be honest, there's a very limited amount of experiences that you can spend your £20 on. It's a bit of a con really in my opinion. Surely your £20 should just be a credit and you can put it towards any of the experiences on the website, not just what they decide.
Also, I feel they have cranked up the prices. For example, a day at Bannatyne's health club will cost £32 but am sure lastminute.com were selling for £10.
Not the best experience, I hope they come back with a good reply!
  • Has anyone got a spare code please. All what you shared gone now. Thanks

Did anyone try to use code today? Not working for me, it says invalid code. Is it expired already?

No, nobody has used it already. Were there any spaces left after pasting it in the box, that might have affected it?

Otherwise it might have expired already :(. Sorry about that!

I just used my gift card to order adult entry to Eden and it seems to have worked ok. It says the £2 change has been "banked" but I can't see any sign of it- not that I'm desperatel bothered- Eden entry for a fiver is still good value!
