Hi guys,
Just to be clear:
I can use the voucher code and add £5 of my own money to buy a £20 gift card correct?
The gift cards should be valid for a year or so.
Anytime within the year, I can use the gift card to purchase any experience whether it costs £5 or £50 (in the latter case, I would of course, pay the additional £30).
Is this correct?
I was hoping to get the gift card and then either
1. purchase the 2D cinema tickets when they came back/over the phone
or
2. purchase another 'experience' for around £20-£25
Thanks

It's understandable to expect to be able to use a gift card to select any purchase you want (obviously paying any extra, as applicable) as that's usually how gift cards work....but as I understand it, the Red Letter Day gift card can only be used against a very limited selection of gifts/experiences and they reserve the right to change those items at any time.
At one point the cinema tickets were included in the items you could buy with the gift card but then they were removed (without warning!) I'd say there's no guarantee that they will become available to buy with the gift card again.
I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but that's how I understand it. It's not surprising that many people have been left disappointed with this offer (myself included!)0
