Does anyone know the number for watchdog? :0/
Sorry you've had such a bad time and wasted your money
If you're serious about Watchdog then they have a contact form on their website:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/watchdog/gotastory/
There's also the Watchdog email address on the above page. Perhaps you'd get a satisfactory response from Red Letter Days if you emailed a complaint to RLD and cc'd Watchdog? Just a thought.0 -
I just bought the gift voucher at £ 20.00 as it was nothing really interesting.0

Does anyone know of the legality for what Red Letter Days/Crowdity is doing over this whole issue?
* First they announce a free £15 voucher.
* They state the voucher MUST be claimed by date 'x', but can only be used AFTER date 'y'
* Obviously, people would browse RLD website (before subscribing to recieve spam emails) to see if anything is worth getting.
* RLD then start slowly changing prices of their deals, by a few pounds at first (completley removing the Kremes offer).
* Then once the the vouchers can be used, the 'cheaper' items are much more expensive then during the 'browsing' period - some items even doubled in price!
* Then to add insult, they apparently change the T+Cs of Gift Voucher purchases, incase people start buying them instead!
Surely there must be a legal breach here somewhere.0 -
I think it's a plan that has worked. There's a few people on here who have paid the additional £5 to get the gift voucher. No doubt there will be many other who will have done the same. Me thinks RLD was hoping this would be the outcome.0

Well I've sent a brief complaint to watchdog - not holding my breath but made me feel a bit better! I shall look occasionally if there is anything I CAN spend my voucher on but am not really happy spending more money than I already have done. Good luck to anybody else trying with them.......0

This is what I was looking for to spend mine on, I couldn't find them either and another poster mentioned that they went missing around Tuesday so I think RLD have removed them.0 -
