Their website is absolutely horrendous to navigate. Are the cinema tickets still on there? I couldn't find them, even when searching for cinema!

In the end I bought a £20 gift voucher online and had it sent to me by e-voucher.

That's exactly what I have just done and it came through within 30 minutes. I was advised that I could only use the Crowdity voucher online, so I thought for the sake of £5, I would purchase the £20 gift voucher and save it in case the doughnuts come back! :rotfl:

I was wondering the same thing. Last night I looked all over but couldn't find them. At the moment I'm thinking that this voucher is proving to be more hassle than it's worth!
  • Yeah I think the cinema tickets got removed some time on Tuesday evening. They were definitely there Tuesday afternoon (with the tel number to purchase) when I did my gift card buying thingy, but not there the next day.

Also my order was in my "account" on Tuesday but completely disappeared with no trace by Wednesday - strange. But the cinema tickets arrived safe and sound yesterday, so all good :j

  • Just called them back to Purchase my tiger pack. They have now told me that I can't use my gift voucher against anything - I a, restricted to what I can use it on! Surely if they have allowed me to purchase a gift card they are now breaking the contract we have restricting its use when no terms were specified when I paid for it? Hope someone can enlighten me further? Cheers

Is it the £20 voucher? Because they have a list of things it can be used with and adopt a tiger is on there!

  • They really do keep moving the goalposts with this don't they - absolutely shocking customer service! I for one would never use this company in the future after all this.

You should at least be able to demand a refund for the money you paid for the gift card - like you said, it's not in the terms and conditions that it's restricted to certain experiences. Let us know how you get on.

  • Just spoken go a supervisor who's says the company has decided to restrict what you can use your voucher on so tough. She kept referring me to the terms and conditions saying they reserve the right to restrict the discount code or promotional code to certain items, I asked her then surely it would be preferable to stop the purchase of gift cards then or surely they are then adding terms to the gift card that make it impossible to use! She even had the nerve to wish me a good day Madame! Aaaaagggghhh! So now I have a gift card that is useless unless I want to give this rubbish company more of my money. Does anyone know the number for watchdog? :0/
