has anyone had anything delivered yet?

I ordered 2 trees last friday, had the confirmation emails but no trees yet. the emails say

IF YOU HAVE ORDERED AN EXPERIENCE GIFT PACK OR ENVELOPE: Royal Mail First Class and Courier orders will be dispatched the same day if you ordered before 4pm weekdays, or the next working day at all other times.

1st class should have been here by now i would have imagined?

Re the Totally theatre deal - I ordered mine on 31/01 and still have not heard anything... do they send you an e-mail or the 'pack' in the post?

Its been 10 days now since ordered and have not received ANYTHING apart from sending myself a ''temporary voucher'' which does not do anything! :(

I received my documents in the post yesterday.

Does anyone know about activating the membership online? Does the date of the membership start from the date you activate it. I'm thinking of delaying the activation until I next visit London as it's no use until then.
  • Thanks Fabsaver - Mine must be on its way then...

I'm not sure about activation date etc but I PRESUME it is 12 months from the activation date as I think voucher / gift deals like this last for 6 months and have to be activated during that time but then the actual deal starts from when you activate it?

Not entirely sure though but wanted to try and answer your question as you were kind enough to answer mine!!! lol
  • Mine and my housemates vouchers are going spare if anyone would like? Without the 'kremes, we find it largely overpriced tat...

    Hi,

I'd be grateful of a spare code if you have one. I want to get some Wembley tour tickets for me and my bf. Can I use two vouchers on the same account in different transactions?

    Thanks Emma
  • Already given one away, but check your PMs for t'other. No idea about the answer to your question though...

  • What a load of tosh from red letter customer services! I have just called them as the experience that I wanted to purchase was call 0845 etc etc to order, to be told you can't exchange your voucher for that it has to be exactly 15 pounds? I can't bank the credit and use it for another experience, and basically we are back-pedalling really fast to get out of paying out on this one. I want to order the adopt a tiger pack for my little boys class who doing a project on endangered animals so very disappointed red letter days!
  • Bebebliss, I had similar fun and games with their telephone customer services too, although they didn't give me that exact excuse.

In the end I bought a £20 gift voucher online and had it sent to me by e-voucher. Then I phoned them back up straight away and asked to use it for the 2 cinema tickets (also £20). They converted it straight away for me no problems.

Initially they'd told me that I couldn't use my Crowdity voucher code over the phone but that if the website allowed me to buy the £20 gift card (which it did) then to feel free to buy it and that it could definitely be used for any experience over the phone. Maybe that would work with the adopt packs too? HTH.
