sure, i am using this recipe and its cooking just now, will let you know later on today1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup cola (Coca Cola, Dr. Pepper, etc.)
3 to 4 pound ham
Combine brown sugar and mustard. Moisten with just enough cola to make a smooth paste. Reserve remaining cola. Score the ham with shallow slashes in a diamond pattern (to make it look pretty and professional!). Rub ham with paste mixture. Place ham in slow cooker/Crock Pot and add remaining cola. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then turn to low and cook for 6 to 7 hours.:starmod:Sealed Pot Challenge Member 1189:starmod:0 -
gammon and coke was lovely, my 4 and 2 year old cleared their plates, the baby had a blended bowlful, only my 5 year old wasnt too impressed, but she is a fussy one anyhow. I think i put a wee bit too much coke in as it ended up very watery, but i added a wee bit of corn flour and used the sauce for the mashed potatos:starmod:Sealed Pot Challenge Member 1189:starmod:0
