Here's my mealplan for the coming week:

Monday - Pork Balti with rice
Tuesday - Sausage Casserole with Mashed Potatoes
    Wednesday - Not Sure Yet
    Thursday - Meat Feast Pasta
Friday - French Bread Pizzas (HM using part-baked baguettes)
Saturday - Chilli con Carne with Sauteed Potatoes (meant to have this last week)
Sunday - Roast Chicken, Potatoes and Trimmings

As always, there'll be cakes of some sort in the tin - there are still brownies in there at the moment but I might make some cookies later in the week. Breakfasts will be cereal or toast, and there's fruit and a little ice cream or cake for puddings. I want to make some mocha pots that I can freeze, but am still a little uncertain about making a custard base :s We'll see. Anyway, have a good week, everyone.
