I'm loving my Good Food mag this month so all recipes are from that! (Also on their website if anyone wants a look). I'm losing weight so most are pretty healthy.

Today - Sweet potato and spinach bake with Sausages

Rest of week (I don't like to set days as I prefer to cook what I fancy/what's going OOD/whatever I didn't forget to buy vital ingredients for!)

Lamb meatballs in Rosemary and Tomato Sauce (made these last week, were gorgeous!) with tagliatelle.
Pork and apple burgers in buns with wedges.
Spicy veg egg fried rice with chops for hubby and pizza for kids.
Somerset stew (I'm adding chorizo) and mash.
Creamy veggie korma (I may add chicken portions) and rice.
    Paprika pork and noodles.

  • I did post this in the old style section but I'm going to give some of the recipes on greatlittleideas.com a go, some you can just do with 3 ingredients! :)
