It's only a bargain if you were going to buy it anyway!
  • CupOfChai - sorry haven't posted earlier - not been online all weekend!

Delectable Chicken with Broccoli is a Ken Hom Recipe from his Hot Wok cookbook. It was really nice and easy to make if you have a well stocked chinese storecupboard. I will post the recipe later when I get home. (I adapted the method slightly for chicken breast instead of thighs, but used all the same ingredients).

I was a bit slow on the uptake of this thread this week because my laptop was at the laptop fixing lab being made better :D She's fine again now.

    My week is as follows

M- Stuffing, small chicken breast, leftover swede mash and garlicy green beans with gravy

T- Chicken breast stuffed with philly, HM chips and sauce

W- Creamy mushroom and pepper pasta (late after work)

T- My cousin's making me tea in exchange for small hours babysitting while he gets his wedding flowers from the market

F- Stirfry with my other cousin before we go to Bingo

S- Sit down meal at cousin from Thursday's wedding

    S- Chilli with HM Wedges

Breakfasts will be tinned fruit and toast and Lunch is a homemade onion and goats cheese tart with salad which was meant to be an exercise in using up the filo in the freezer but ended up expensive rather than MS. Oops!!

I went a bit mental with excitement when I got paid and now have enough food, especially meat, to keep me going until next payday probably with some careful planning :)
