Tried to cancel and was told there is a £20 cancellation fee, I said they had misrepresented the advert and they waived the fee.
I want to cancel my night I have booked and get my £9.99 back, what exactly did you say to them for misrepresenting the advert?
    what was misrepresented?

  • Donna - will you get over yourself about the pool business....you are paying £10 for a room in a 4 star hotel. If you are worried about the extras I really think you should consider staying at home !!!

I have just booked, and there was plenty.

Type in 'Alton Towers Hotel' into the search on lastminute.com and you should get 2 results. If you only get 1 result, try again.

It took 3 or 4 tries before it came up.

I had originally booked for 18th November until I just read that it was Wierdo's weekend :rotfl:

I have now booked for 24th instead.

I have sent an email to lm.com asking for cancellation without penalty on original booking because facillities not available as per hotel description.
